Nice site. Camping field is very small and no room to play games with the children.
On site children's park very poor and not really suitable for more than one child at a time, and then it will only keep them entertained for a few minutes. One slide and set of monkey bars, pool table faulty (keeps white ball).
Location nearest shop 40 min walk away. Beach over an hours walk away. Only two showers each for ladies and gents, although they are kept clean and tidy. Good site for older people without children and like to walk, walk and walk
Site's response
Thank you for your review.
We just wanted to say that nowhere on our listings do we say that we are a large site, it says that we are small and friendly all over our website which we tend to think we are, there are pictures of the brand-new small park, pool table, and football table. Also, we provide lots of board games in the large conservatory for older kids and families to borrow or sit and relax.
Nowadays, Google maps shows everyone where we are situated which as you know, is a mile away from St Just so yes, just 30 minutes walk or 2 minutes in the car.
We are proud of where we live, surrounded by the beautiful moorland in West Cornwall, yes it may not be for everyone, but that's why we get a lot of customers here too for the beautiful wildflowers, sunsets and country walks. The ratio of showers of 2 each is ample as we only have 10 pitches, we are graded by the AA each year at 91% Gold.
Many thanks, Craig & Kerry.
