Very close to St Ives
Motorhome - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2023 This site is very close to St Ives, so it gets 5 stars just for that. The site is on a slope so levelling a motorhome needs some care.
The only real issue is the construction work taking place across the road (July 2023). If you can get a pitch on the far side of the site, all the better as they start at 8am and it's noisy. Also do not try to turn right into the site entrance with a motorhome, go past, turn round 100 metres along the road and turn into the entrance turning left.

Thank you for your review. Yes, it is a bit of a shame about the current construction over the road - hopefully it didn't disrupt you too much, I have found the most disruption is when they are moving the machinery first thing then it seems to settle down. We hope to see you again. MD Camping x

Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2023 Couldn’t have been more helpful on arrival and during our stay. Extremely clean facilities. Great beach location but don’t tell everyone as they’ll all want to stay!

Just a one night stay on this beautiful campsite
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2023 Super pitch helpful staff and a lovely view.
Super overnight pitch up and go. Facilities perfectly adequate. I used the dryer which was good value for money.
Pitch was spacious and the view was great. The guy in the cabin was very helpful.

Great, quiet campsite!
Small Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2023 Very nice place, toilets and showers were very clean.
Quiet area with a neighbourhood of horses and beautiful landscapes.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming, bus stop to St Ives is just 10min from the campsite, so great location.
Definitely will be coming back!

Everything you need!
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2023 Fabulous location, a 10/15 minute walk and you're on Carbis bay beach.
Lovely secluded location and beautifully dark skies (as I have an interest in astronomy/astrophotography it was great to see so many stars!).
Phil and Colin are very friendly (and funny!) and we had a lovely pitch, very spacious, and the pricing is unbeatable.
Clean hot showers, fridge/freezer facilities, electrical socket access for hairdryers/phone etc. fire pits & wood available at a small cost.
I really enjoyed our stay and will be back. Thank you!
