About the site


A great location for an action-packed family holiday. There is something for all ages, including roller coasters, log flumes, junior keeper experiences, a splash zone, adventure golf, 5D cinema and over 45,000 square feet of indoor play areas! The park offers a range of pitches for tents, caravans, campervans and motorhomes, each allowing up to eight guests. There are non electric grass pitches, along with 8m x 6m hardstanding and all weather hardstanding and grass pitches. The hardstanding pitches include an optional electric hook up (charged onsite), whilst the all weather pitches have an optional electric hook up (charged onsite), water tap and grey waste point. If you would prefer to go glamping, the site has a range of bell tents, yurts, safari tents and safari lodges on offer. The bell tents sleep up to five, furnished with a double bed, single beds, rugs and a trunk table, plus an outdoor BBQ, picnic table and a toilet hut with a sink. Ideal for couples, the yurts sleep two with a king size bed, bedding and pillows. You will also have lighting, bedside tables, a seating area and a vanity table. Outside is a private deck, BBQ, seating and an eco toilet hut. For families of up to four, the safari tents include a double bed, bunk beds, bedding and towels. Inside, there is a private equipped kitchen with a gas hob, sink, fridge and kettle. There is also a covered veranda with lounge chairs, a BBQ and a wooden bathroom hut. If you are travelling as a large group, the three bedroom safari lodges are perfect. The regular lodges sleep up to eight, whilst the four bedroom lodges sleep up to 10 with a combination of double beds, bunks, sofa beds and a cabin bed. The lodges include a full ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink, along with an equipped kitchen, large dining area, sofa/lounge area and an outdoor deck with a picnic bench. All of the camping/touring pitches and glamping units are dog friendly, allowing up to two dogs to join you for your stay. BBQs are welcome, just please ensure they are placed on a fire-proof, suitable surface. Do note, open fires and fire pits are not permitted.

Guests will have access to a facilities block with toilets, showers and a washing up area. Glamping units include their own private compost toilet or ensuite bathroom, with access to a communal kitchen.

Free entry to Camel Creek Adventure Park is included in your stay. Here, you will find a range of rides, attractions, indoor and outdoor play areas, animal encounters, splash zones and more. There is also a Playhouse Kitchen, Hidden Garden Cafe, Rollover Shack, Donut Shack and a coffee shop.

Pentruse Farm Shop is a five minute drive away for picking up local produce and essentials.

Things to do on site and in the Wadebridge area

You will never be short of things to do with free access to Camel Creek Family Adventure Park. You can hop on thrilling rides like the Air Bender, say hello to friendly animals at the Creature Creek, and make a splash in the Aqua Blaster bumper boats.

There are also indoor soft play areas for younger children and shows with characters like Swampy and Dina. With food stalls and cafés onsite, it's easy to spend the whole day exploring!

The harbour town of Padstow is only a 15 minute drive away. Known for its fishing boats and seafood spots, it's a great place for a day out. You could even take a boat trip or cycle part of the Camel Trail, a scenic route that follows the river.

Newquay is around 20 minutes away by car. With its famous beaches like Fistral and Watergate Bay, it's perfect for sandcastle building, surfing lessons, or just watching the waves. There's also Newquay Zoo and the Blue Reef Aquarium, both great for a family day out!
