There are both family friendly and adult only options onsite. Families can choose from non electric grass tent pitches or hardstanding electric pitches for caravans and large tents. Adult only options include electric hardstanding pitches with private wood-fired hot tubs, 16 amp hook ups, and space for awnings or gazebos. These pitches are suitable for tents, trailer tents, roof tents, campervans, motorhomes, and touring caravans. Adults can also stay in one of the three glamping units, Tucked Away Glamping Pod, Morning Mist Shepherd's Hut, or Tally's Bell Tent. Tucked Away Glamping Pod sleeps two with a double bed, two chairs, kettle with tea and coffee and an oil fired radiator. Outside there's a fresh water wood fired hot tub and outdoor seating. Shared facilities nearby. Please bring your own bedding. Morning Mist Shepherd's Hut sleeps upto two and has a freshwater wood burning hot tub. Relax in a king size bed and enjoy home comforts including a kitchen, fridge/freezer, cooking equipment, a tv and a log burner. Bedding and towels are included. There's also access to a private shower and toilet block. Tally's Bell Tent is set in a secluded area of the farm and also sleeps two, with a freshwater wood burning hot tub. It has a king size bed, sofa, and outdoor seating, as well as a private shower and toilet facilities. Bedding is provided but please bring your own towels. For days out, York is just 15 minutes away, packed with popular attractions, including the York Castle Museum, The York Dungeon, Museum Gardens, and more. The North York Moors National Park is just 30 minutes away, offering stunning river valleys, charming villages, cycling routes, and a range of water activities, including paddleboarding and kayaking. Please note that this is a pet-free site. Picnic benches are dotted throughout the site, along with communal BBQs. BBQs are welcome as long as they are raised off the ground. Open fires are not permitted.

* Quiet hours must be respected between 10pm and 8:30am.
