About the site
This peaceful, family friendly getaway is ideal for nature lovers in the South East. Surrounded by the countryside of the Thames Valley, with red kites circling overhead and boats drifting along the river, it's hard to believe you're an hour from London. Just ten minutes from Henley and 20 minutes from Windsor, the park is a great base for families and couples looking to swap the urban buzz for fresh air and open space. Pitch or park up at this tree-lined touring park set within 15 acres of flat, well-drained grass, thoughtfully divided into five fields. Separated by hedges and trees to create sheltered and private areas, all pitches have an electric hook up welcoming tourers, tents, motorhomes, and RVs. There's a paddock used for bank holidays for camping only, with no electric. The space is used as a play area at other times. Several four and six-berth caravan holiday homes are available, with the choice of a Friday or Saturday arrival, including central heating and two or three bedrooms. The park has previously won the prestigious David Bellamy Gold Award for Conservation, as well as its rare Special Distinction Award. Up to two dogs are welcome per pitch, and there is a dedicated off-lead exercise area for them to explore.
