Huntick Retreat,
Huntick Road, Lytchet Matravers, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6BB
We booked this camp site a couple of weeks ago for Easter. The site had lovely staff on arrival who were informative and happy to help.
Electric hook up and water is stationed directly behind each pitch which is great.
Plenty of room for awnings.
Only fault is the pressure of the showers when using hot water, other than that great. WiFi never worked either, but we didn’t get around to asking the staff and I’m sure they would have assisted. A nice touch was providing communal toiletries too.
Would come again.
We arrived early to park and the site manager cheerfully accommodated this for us and modified my booking to include electric connection.
I can't rate "the location" because it totally depends on why someone has chosen to stay there. We stayed because we were visiting relatives in Lychett Matravers. The site is pleasantly located with a big green space and our campervan pitch had its own drinking water and grey waste.
