About the site

Situated in a secluded spot on a farm in Findon and surrounded by countryside, this site is ideal for couples or solo travellers looking for a peaceful break. The site is part of a National Hunt Racing stables, where you'll have the opportunity to see several horses during your stay. Your visit may even coincide with a nearby race at Goodwood, Fontwell Park, or Plumpton. There are two well equipped glamping pods, each with a double bed, gas, electricity, and heating. Inside, you'll find a small kitchen with cooking equipment, a microwave, and a kettle. Bedding and towels are included. Outside, enjoy a private garden space with a BBQ and fire pit, ideal for cosy evenings. Just ten minutes from Worthing coast, it's ideal for countryside relaxation. Walkers, hikers, and explorers will also love a visit to the South Downs National Park, 30 minutes away, with its scenic trails and incredible views. Please note, dogs are not permitted on site. BBQs are permitted, but please keep them raised off the ground. Open fires are prohibited.

Onsite, there are unisex toilets, showers, and a washing up area. Outside each pod is a BBQ area and a fire pit. Guests will also have access to a communal fridge and freezer.

Your nearest pub, The Gun Inn Findon, is a short ten minute walk from the site. The Black Horse Inn is another pub, a 15 minute walk away. For those everyday shopping essentials, Findon Village Store is a ten minute walk.

Things to do on site and in the Findon area

The site is an ideal spot for walkers and hikers, with several scenic spots surrounding the site including National Trust's Cissbury Ring, five minutes, National Trust's Devil's Dyke (30 minutes), and the South Downs National Park (30 minutes).

For a beach day out, head to Worthing Pier, just a 20 minute drive, with fishing zones, a pebbly beach, and plenty of cafes and eateries to explore.

History lovers should visit Arundel Castle, a short 20 minute drive away and home to the Dukes of Norfolk. Spend the day exploring Nymans (35 minutes), or Borde Hill Garden, a popular Tudor home with incredible gardens, parklands, and a restaurant, also just 35 minutes away.

For a vibrant city day out, Brighton is just a 40 minute drive and packed with independent shops, cafes, and lively streets in The Lanes.
