Really good, Chris was very helpful and friendly

Booked online the night before and arrived a little later than thought. Chris greeted us and showed us our pitch and helped me get the van connected. Very friendly and helpful. Showers and toilets were immaculate. Highly recommend staying here.

Peaceful, relaxing campsite

The owners are very friendly people, nothing was too much trouble for them. I would recommend this site for families that are looking for a relaxing stay, children can play safely.

Wonderful place and wonderful people

Accommodating, helpful and kind. The bus glamping was great. Great facilities, well thought of. Wood for warming. Chris and Jen were kind enough to also allow us access to one of the lodges which greatly helped with the kids.

Great place

Yes, I would recommend it. Stopped before. Clean and tidy. Only a few minutes drive to beaches. It has other forms of accommodation, but we stayed in our van with an electric hook-up. It has a playground and is great for families.

Beautiful, secluded area

Beautiful, secluded area. There is road noise from traffic, but nothing serious. Site itself is well laid out. Signage to get to the site itself needs to be looked into, due to narrow roads and trying to concentrate on traffic. The site was very clean and tidy. Staff very courteous and helpful. Peaceful and quiet. Pitches are excellent. Only issue is signage to get to site. Otherwise, a great place.

Good

Lovely site. Very nice staff and facilities. Great location. Good value for money. Only negative was a bit crammed in and a noisy road that runs very close.

Lovely little place

Lovely site, owners very accommodating. Had a few questions prior to arriving and were very prompt at replying Close to Bude and surrounding areas. Nice small site, with a range of accommodations. Showers nice and hot all of the time. Didn't really use any of the other facilities as didn't need to. Pizza van a bonus. We didn't travel with children, but is a lovely, safe, family friendly site if you were travelling with little ones.

Our stay

Lovely, small campsite. Everything is extremely clean, showers, toilets, pitches etc. Helpful owners. Close to a main road, so a little noisy. 20 minutes to the local pub, Preston Gate Inn, have the steak. Dog friendly.

Fantastic! 10/10

Absolutely lovely place to stay. The bus was very quirky and filled with amenities. Bude town centre was roughly a five-minute drive, so cannot fault location and the value for money was excellent. We came with our two-year french bulldog who is very reactive, but the bus was able to keep the noise out from people walking past and other fury visitors, so he was able to relax fully and he also enjoyed his stay. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you!!

Good base camp

Loved the site, although we had bad weather at the time. Still was great time.

Ideal, quiet Christmas getaway

Lovely, level site with a combination of grass and hardstanding pitches and plenty of electric hook ups available. Very close to the A39, so at busy times it maybe could get a bit noisy with traffic and whilst clean, the facilities are limited, so when site is full this may be an issue. Very enjoyable stay and will use again as we never go away in peak times.

Lodge with hot tub

Had a lovely stay and couldn't ask for a better place to stay for a weekend break, close to the beach with some lovely walks along the coast. Close to a supermarket ☺️. Dog friendly holiday park and lovely to be able to come back after a long walk to a hot, hot tub and cup of tea.

Absolutely beautiful time with brilliant hosts

Great location with very accommodating and helpful hosts. Facilities were great and immaculate and everything was there that you would need. Definitely will be going back and would recommend a stay.

Lovely place

Needed a place to pitch as travelling round Cornwall, found this place online and we were very impressed! Lovely clean showers, toilets, w up facilities, laundry room and even a fridge freezer to use! Grounds were well maintained and some lovely quirky accommodation if not touring.

We really enjoyed our stay here, Chris and Jen were really friendly and helpful. There is literally accommodation choices for all tastes. The grounds were kept clean and tidy. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Bude, Boscastle and Tintagel are all in easy reach. I would highly recommend Willow valley to anyone.

Great campsite. The owners could not do more to help. Very clean and and quiet. Good for dogs and would highly recommend for anyone to stay.

First visit

What a lovely site, the patrons, Chris and Jen welcome you like old friends. Nothing is too much trouble to keep the customers happy. The facilities are always clean and a pleasure to use. Very suitable for families with children. Numerous accomodations for hire too. Our stay was faultless and it would be a pleasure to stay again. A 5 star site, highly recommended.

Lovely location and dog friendly

Lovely campsite with good facilities and great location. Dog friendly and very clean, just a couple of miles from Bude and Summerleaze beach, a great dog friendly beach with a great little cafe on the beach.

Solo staying

The place is great, a little bit too close to the road but it's my fault for not checking earlier. I found the cost for washing clothes a little bit too high compared to other places where I've been before, but the facilities were clean and the showers were great, plus the staff were really nice and helpful!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are glad you thought Willow Valley was great, clean and that the staff were helpful. We haven't put our laundry prices up for more than three years, despite recent energy price increases. Our local laundrette charges £5 for a larger machine which is more than our charge.

A great little spot!

Easy to find and get settled. Beautiful setting and scenery. The A39 outside is quiet and we didn't notice the traffic noise. We parked up near to a wonderful Brook. Sitting outside with a Cider listening to the water trickling by was super relaxing. A lovely site.

Excellent

This was the first time we've had the pleasure of staying at Willow Valley holiday park and what a pleasure it was. We received a very friendly welcome and were shown to our pitch where we felt 'at home' instantly. The facilities were very clean and well attended to maintain that cleanliness. Even though there were children present, this holiday park has a lovely quiet atmosphere about it. We will definitely be rebooking in the future.
