Perfect

Great campsite, very friendly, family run staff, very clean, everything you could ask for! Food very good standard and not expensive - def return. One thing that could be helpful would be a phone charging locker for those without electric hook up - you can charge in the tables at café but means you need to sit in with them.

First trip in our motorhome

Being new to motorhome ownership we decided to book a short stay at a site close to home. Tregarton Park was a 13 minute drive from my home in Cornwall. The site was spacious, well thought out with a variety of pitch types to suit all eventualities. We were on pitch 124 close to the dog field, which was useful. We loved everything about the site, the toilets and showers wet room and wheelchair facilities were second to none. The shop bar and poolside services a great addition, making the holiday very relaxing with everything to hand. My only niggle is that you can only sit in two small areas with a dog, both of which were full, on day 2 and 3 meaning we had to tie our dog up in the sun and listen to him whine because he didn't like us leaving him. It meant we didn't spend very long there and we wouldn't have been happy leaving him there to sit by the pool. I fully understand restricting areas where dogs can be but there wasn't a suitable alternative when the two dog areas were full. Our neighbours on the next pitch said they felt the same. We did enjoy our stay and we would come again.

Peaceful, spotless and perfect for families

We're currently staying here for the first time at Tregarton Park and already know we'll be returning. It's a beautiful, well kept site with a really calm atmosphere. There is no noisy entertainment or clubhouse, which we loved and was one of the main reasons we booked here. It's really hard to find campsites with a swimming pool without entertainment and clubhouses, so this is a gem. Our pitch is a lovely size, perfect for our campervan, awning, and lots of room for our toddler to play. The swimming pool is great, we are in it everyday. It's lovely and warm, and not too deep, so ideal for little ones. The play area is great too, our toddler absolutely loves it and is in there multiple times a day! The facilities are nice and clean. The toilets and showers are really clean, and the wet room showers made things so much easier when washing our toddler as it meant both mum and dad could help shower him. There is also a bath for little ones which is so handy but we didn't use that as our little one loves showers. The onsite shop was is stocked with all the essentials and lots of ice cream flavours! There's also a lovely bar with a great drinks selection, and you can order to your lounger by the pool. It's a peaceful, family friendly site that feels really well looked after. We're so glad we found it and will definitely be back.

A Cornish gem

We have now found the site to go to in Cornwall. From the moment we got there to the minute we left the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable of the area. At all times we were made to feel that we were valued. The site is maintained to a very high standard with attention to detail, especially around cleanliness. The shop is well stocked and the food available is well cooked and presented. Again, its not just the location but most importantly the staff that made our holiday relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you and see you next year, if not before.

Lovely stay, lovely little spot

We only stayed 2 nights but we loved the site, very clean, beautiful gardens and very well maintained. Very friendly staff. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Pleasant and clean campsite

Great campsite. The swimming pool was a good size with plenty of sunbeds, chairs and loungers around it. The toilets and showers were spotless. Love the waiter service, order what you want from there app and the bring it to you. Good choice from there menu. The site was almost full for mid June and it was quieter (noise) than I expected. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Overall, we had a fantastic stay.

Great site in Cornwall

Awesome campsite

I don't normally leave reviews, but for this site I felt it was a must. This was our first time camping in our converted van, so wanted to go somewhere nice in case it all went wrong, lol. Upon arrival we were greeted immediately and directed to our pitch which was amazing. It was completely sheltered from any wind and was impeccably clean and well maintained. The heated pool was bliss, as well as the children's play area, although I feel its more geared towards children that are over 5 years old. The facilities were spotlessly clean, with the food in the shop very reasonably priced. All in all, a great stay in the van for a family of 4 (two adults and 2 children - 6 and 2).

Probably one of the best sites in Cornwall

1st class standard in every aspect. The team do an amazing job to achieve this. It is by far the best site we have ever stayed on. We also work within the sector, so we know what we've experienced and are commenting on.

First class campsite

In all respects, this is an excellent campsite. Extensive facilities and a great heated pool on which you unwind.

Camping

We love the campsite a brilliant stay the pitches are excellent. The only fault I could find was reception, there was never anybody there. But, the whole stay was delightful. We will definitely come again.

A beautiful site, it was clean and well looked after. I really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back. Also the food was absolutely lovely 👌

Lovely campsite

Lovely campsite, well kept facilities, peaceful and friendly atmosphere. What a lovely campsite! We were so impressed with the friendly supportive way we were helped and welcomed, and felt on holiday as soon as we'd settled in. The pool and the tennis court are both so well kept, the facilities are clean, the site was peaceful (we were there in term time) but with good facilities for children, and the food we had was tasty. Friendly, safe atmosphere but with lots of freedom to do your own thing. Thank you, we had a great week in Cornwall :)

Best ever site

We originally booked for seven nights but loved everything and everyone on the site. Staff are brilliant, so friendly and ready to help all the time, even the young lads and girls. Nothing is too much for them. You can guarantee all the services are clean and tidy at all times, and the table service at the poolside is a classic 😀 The shop is well stocked, love the milkshakes 😂 The holiday residents are respectful and seem to quiet down by 10:30pm (except the owls and other wildlife) would definitely book again in the future. It's a 100/10 for everything about the place. Thanks guys 🥳

Fantastic site

Highly recommend, beautifully kept park. Nothing is too much to ask. Pool is beautiful and warm. Lovely shop, bakery delivery and takeaway. Site wide free Wi-Fi, huge dog field, excellent facilities which are spotless. Couldn't fault it. Will be visiting again.

Highly recommend after our 1st visit

Park easy to navigate, clear signage, facilities totally fit for purpose. Liked that the shower wasn't push button, but a sensor - just wave your hand and water back on. 1st visit, met lots of people who return annually. Pool is great space, safely secured out of hours, pool table, table tennis, space to relax on loungers, food service. We had lunch there, good food, value for money. Well stocked shop. Staff were exceptional, warm welcome and easy to find. We camped, hook up easy and accessible. Immaculate condition for all the park. Lots to explore nearby and further afield.

Fantastic experience

Booked this site after hearing great things about it. It far exceeded our expectations as the facilities and the staff are outstanding. Booked for next year before we came home it was so good. It speaks volumes that there's very little availability left this year.

Fantastic

The park was so clean and tidy, with hedges to give privacy either side of you. Unfortunately, the shop and swimming pool had already closed for the season, but it was still very nice and peaceful.

Great campsite

This was a great campsite. Lovely, large, level pitch, with room for awning and pop up tent. Really good field for exercising your dog. Good little campsite shop and very good little takeaway for hot food. The owner was very friendly and really helpful, and the onsite maintenance and cleaning staff were also very friendly. The toilet block and showers were immaculate. if we visit this part of Cornwall again, we would definitely stay here.

Great campsite

Despite the Cornish weather, we had a great weekend. The facilities were spotless and one of the best we have experienced. The children's play area was thoroughly enjoyed by my two children and the bonus of takeaway delivered to your pitch made our wet Saturday evening just that bit better. Will definitely be returning, hopefully on a drier weekend.

Gorgeous place

Absolutely beautiful place. Peaceful, spotlessly clean, staff very friendly and lovely. The app is very helpful too. I've booked already for next year!

Friendly and beautifully maintained

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The pitch was super large and level and the water supply was just a few steps away with the showers and toilets just two minutes walk. The site even had its own app allowing you to order food and drinks. Great, friendly staff always on hand to help and a shop and swimming pool for those days you didn't feel like going anywhere!

Beautiful pool, great facilities, mostly caravans

Stayed here for 2 nights last minute on a sunny weekend with the tent. Pool is beautiful, very warm and pool-side food and drink service was great. Facilities all very modern and clean, all staff very friendly and helpful. Only downside for our stay was being surrounded by caravans (site seemed 95% caravans, not unusual in September I guess) who didn't like our small campfire after our BBQ, so we were asked by the owner very politely not to have a fire the next night. So we sat listening to the sound of 3 different TVs from our surrounding caravans, which is not really the camping experience we want. Also, amazed to see flashing disco light poles are allowed outside caravans, so when we wanted to look at the stars, or watch the sudden lightning storm across the valley one night, it was against the crazy light from these poles. We felt a little out of place. A separate camping area would be better, as caravans and campers often want quite a different experience, but if the core business is caravans that's probably not viable. Maybe a request for a pitch away from caravans would be good next time, although, as we are usually last minute, fair weather campers, that's not always possible!
