Brilliant site, very clean, well equipped & friendly staff

We had a 10 night stay at Atlantic Bays Holiday Park. It was a fantastic site, very clean facilities with lots on offer. There is a kids club which runs in high season 9.30am until 11am every weekday. The shower and toilet block was clean and fresh. The dishwashing area is spacious and always clean, there is a fridge freezer which can be used and a plug point too. There is a restaurant which does good food including a cooked breakfast and entertainment every night, a games room and arcade for kids, play area and dog walking area. The laundrette is £5 per load and £1 for 30mins drying. There are three washers and three dryers with lots of space to fold laundry etc. There is a shop onsite which is well stocked and offers everything you could need. Porthcowan beach is 2 miles down the road and Padstow is 10 mins away.Pitches are well placed and spacious. We were extremely happy with our stay and have booked again for next year.

Nice site

Great spacious pod but desperately needs a window for ventilation. Great restaurant on site. More toilet facilities needed, but they are kept very clean.

4 nights with the motorhome

Absolutely fantastic. Great location and central to get to any town. We didn't want to leave. Pat and Lisa are great and work hard and are very attentive as they treat it as their family camp site. Complaints? Nil, zero, nothing. Food was great and a good menu and I really liked that they had branded condiments like Heinz. Facilities? The bar was great, there was great food and they served a nice ale - a superb site. To top it off, they are dog friendly. Overall, I'll be back and I recommend anyone to stay there. Sad we left, but our 4 nights were above our expectations. Michael, Pamela and Molly the dog.

Perfect

Perfectly located - only a short drive from the towns and beaches and with gorgeous views from our cabin. The park was quiet and relaxed with all essential facilities and grounds regularly and well maintained. The cabin was clean and spacious and the beds really comfortable. The play park next to the bar/restaurant was lovely and the restaurant food was delicious and portions very generous. The arts and crafts was a perfect little activity and the children really enjoyed the magic show. We really enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Take me back

Just returned from spending two weeks camping on this site and I can't wait to return. The site is in a great location for the local beaches and not to far from supermarkets. Having the onsite bar and restaurant was great too and the staff across the site was amazing. Really friendly and very helpful, can't wait to return.

Four night July stay (2 young children and dog)

We had a great time at Atlantic Bay-all facilities were kept spotless and the wardens were both really friendly. Park is great and the dog field good for the dogs to run safely around, as it is all secure. Initially, we had been put into the field which was next to the road but with two small children and a dog, I didn't feel safe. Reception kindly moved us and the friends that were to join us. I was really impressed at this as I know it involved them rejigging bookings around. Thanks for a great time!

Absolutely gorgeous site!

We stayed as a family group last summer and when discussions arose as to where we would go this year, it was a unanimous vote for Atlantic Bays. The site is beautifully kept with spacious pitches, well stocked shop, children's play area, dog park area and serves the most amazing Sunday roast! All the staff were helpful and friendly and we honestly can't wait to return and find nothing to fault at all. The location is perfect too; it's close to local beaches that are a bit quieter than the hustle and bustle of Newquay for example, but this is also just a short drive away. I/we would 100% recommend this site.

Lovely campsite

We really enjoyed our stay at this campsite. The facilities are kept very clean and tidy, there is everything you need for your stay: little shop, restaurant, kids play area, laundry room etc. Would definitely recommend it to friends.

Excellent

Had a fantastic time. The site was nice and peaceful. The food was great, especially the carvery. All the facilities were very very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to going back hopefully soon

A brilliant site

I just loved this site. It was so clean and spacious in the communal areas, the pitches were generous and the whole site seemed so open. It was very quiet when we were there, however the site was not busy at that time. The staff were very nice and helpful and the conservatory restaurant and bar served good food promptly. The steak and ale pie was the best I have ever tasted and it was homemade too! The beaches were quick to get to from the site and a Tesco was quite near. There was a good children's play area and a designated dog walk area also. We will definitely go back for our next Cornish holiday.

Great stay

Our first stay at Atlantic Bays and it won't be our last. The whole site was spotless and we couldn't be happier with the state of the facilities. Always clean and always tidy. Thank you!

Really nice

Really nice campsite with good facilities. Obviously very handy for visiting Padstow, but also as a base for exploring the North Coast of Cornwall.

Great value for money

We stayed in a medium tent pitch for 2 nights and couldn't have been happier. The toilets, showers and site itself were all well maintained. We were sceptical of the restaurant and thought it looked a little pricey (around £14 for a main) but we were pleasantly surprised. The food was really nice and the tent pitch was so reasonably priced that we didn't mind spending a few extra pounds on the food. Overall, a great stay. I would go back and recommend to others.

Good value for money

Really enjoyed the stay, very relaxing. The only thing missing was a pool.

Holiday

The site was very clean and tidy, the showers were great and the staff were very helpful.

Lovely Stay

Park was quiet when I stayed in November which was perfect for me. Facilities were great, toilet and shower block heated and spotlessly clean . Lots of laundry facilities on site although I didn't need to use them. Wardens very friendly and helpful. Location good for several beaches but you would need a car or bike to reach them.

Camping trip

It was mine and my little girl first time camping and it was the best experience ever. My little girl loved it she didn't want to leave. The facilities were clean and tidy. Overall a beautiful site x
