Hallsdown Farm Touring Park offers spacious grass or serviced hardstanding pitches, and you can even upgrade to the premier pitches which offer individual ensuite toilet/shower rooms. Set on a farm in a rural location on the western fringe you can stroll directly to the nearby reservoir, or head to the coastal path and open moorland.

We've been camping for a long time and this has to be one of the best sites we've stayed at. Immaculately kept, both the site and the amenities, showers spotless and hot and the owners very pleasant. The site is incredibly quiet and peaceful with just the birdsong to keep you company. Pitches are large and separated by hedges so although you have neighbours you don't really see them. Would definitely choose Hallsdown when we are next in Devon. A real credit to the owners.

This is the first time we've stayed on this site but it won't be the last. The en-suite facility was great very luxurious and modern and right beside the pitch. The pitch size was brilliant with lovely amount of space to use for relaxing in, there was free Wi-Fi which we found very consistent and the owners of the site are really friendly. Would definitely recommend this site and we look forward to staying there again next year. Thank you.

Very quiet site, with spotless shower and toilet cubicles. Ideal site to relax and unwind on manicured pitches. With not a boombox or such in sight! Only noises were sheep and owls. Can't wait to go back.

Peaceful, beautifully maintained, adult only site. The pitch we opted for was in the top field (level) huge pitch with gravel standing for caravan and awning and a huge grass area. The biggest pitch I’ve ever seen and at the back of pitch up 3 steps your very own private toilet and shower room! Electric hook up, water and waste water facilities on pitch. Elsan point and waste bins in area away from pitches and they were immaculately kept and emptied regularly. Had a fantastic time at this site and would highly recommend it.

Lovely site and not too big. Pitches are well-spaced and large. A lovely and well-maintained site. Nice to have a separate bathroom with all amenities in one place. Andrew the host is a really nice guy- very accommodating. All in all, a lovely place.

This is a first-class campsite, it's peaceful, it's immaculate, and we would highly recommend staying here. We are really looking forward to coming back. It's also perfectly located for trips out to surrounding towns. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Hallsdown Farm was a brilliant site. Excellent en-suite facilities. The whole was site immaculate, not just our plot. Our facilities were first class. Location of site was well positioned for many attractions. Can't wait to go again.

This was the first time that we stayed at a site with your own private toilet and shower unit. It was heated using a heated towel rail. This was the luxury hard standing site with water and grey water facility. Large site with large grass area. The other hard standing and grass sites also had access to nice facilities.

Just spent last week at Hallsdown Farm and may I say, what a pleasure it was! No kids, no yappy dogs pooing on the grass that you may sit on later, just peace and quiet adults only site. Brilliant for Arlington Court, well worth a visit and the reservoir just up the road both within walking distance. You will require your own transport though to get around, whether bike or a car

Peaceful and very well maintained. Lovely location and well presented site. The facilities were very clean, everything needed for our couple of nights stay. The pitches had plenty of room and with electric and drinking water for each pitch it was all conveniently placed. The owners made sure we were settled and a friendly site. Would definitely use this site again.

North Devon peaceful site

This 30 space site is well situated for North Devon. It is quiet and peaceful and very well thought out. Facilities are clean and the individual shower rooms have plentiful hot water. There are lots of walks from the site, but you would need transport to go wider afield. We would recommend this little site.
