What a great find! Booked fairly last minute and have to say, we felt really lucky. We had our own private bathroom with use of a utility area. There is an honesty shop on site which stocks a wide variety of items. It is fairly remote, but there's a reliable bus service into Kingsbridge and Salcombe. The owners are super friendly and helpful. Would definitely visit again.

One of the nicer sites we have stayed at. The facilities were excellent and kept spotless. The staff were welcoming. The shop was open 24 hours and was well stocked with all the essentials. We would definitely stay again.

We have stayed in pods several times, but this is the first time we have had the en-suite and kitchen area, which we really appreciated. Parkland is an excellent site, immaculately clean and tidy and very quiet. The owners are helpful and friendly and we will definitely go again.

Superb site, with individual pitches and your own electric hook up and tap. Individual bathrooms, which are spotlessly clean. Well stocked shop using an honesty box (amazing). Very quiet with everyone following the rules. We will definitely be returning.

What a cracking site this was. We stayed in a luxury pitch with private bathroom. The place was spotless, bathroom cleaned daily, the shower was the best I've ever had and had underfloor heating. The pitch was spacious and level. The honesty shop was well stocked. Weather was great (which always helps). We will definitely be back. Well done

It was a bit messy on the way in with skips etc and it needs more lighting around the site. It is noisy on the roadside pitches, which was not a problem in the winter, but would be an issue in the summer when sat outside.

Not heavy on info and visible staff up front but not needed as absolutely first class facilities, even a bath which my wife liked. Very clean and a really decent standard build quality, hotel standard I would say. A quiet site with considerate campers, very laid back and we met some really nice people. The shop has everything you could need and a very flexible purchase system, open 24/7. All in all a great site, we will return if we are ever back in the area for sure.

Easy to find, staff helpful and welcoming. Very helpful local information in the welcome pack. Well stocked site shop. Toilets/showers were mix of male/female/ non gender specific and were clean and with lots of hot water. Other facilities include excellent laundry room. Freezing facilities for ice blocks etc. Camping field spacious with very useful waste and power on the pitch. Lovely and quiet for those who like a child free stay.

This campsite was spotless, there was a lovely atmosphere and the facilities were incomparable to any others I’ve seen at a campsite. There was even a vanity room which meant I could style my hair - when you look good, you feel good and enjoy life more!

Beautiful location, stunning facilities, friendly owners. The deluxe bathroom is better than most hotels. The shop is well stocked and the location is just perfect! The best site we have ever stayed on!

Disappointing. The listing suggested a touch of luxury but most of the individual showers were not finished. The one that we tried had an uneven floor and poor drainage. The pitches have raised gravel so there are big mud holes at many of the edges. We wouldn't have been able to manage without the motor mover. Noisy road even though we had one of the pitches furthest away, and noisy during the day with the building of the glamping pods. We did like the shop. £30 per night is very expensive but we thought we would treat ourselves. Given the current state of the site, we feel £20 for this time of year would still be steep.

Love this park. Owners really nice, well run, excellent facilities including good showers and even a beauty room with good mirrors & hairdryer. It's the little touches that is nice, even a gardener comes round to tend your plot which has border flowers. Site is so handy for local beaches that are beautiful will return in new year ❤️

We enjoyed the facilities at Parklands. We paid extra to have a personal bathroom which was very clean, and it was very handy to have a clothes washer/ drier. Would have been nice to have had a decent walk without having to go on a very busy road.
