Lovely site, easy to find. Toilets and showers very clean. Camping field is large and pitches well spaced out. Clear signs for the woods and the village. Hired a fire pit, which was great.

Would definitely recommend this site. Me and my 3 teenage children all had a lovely stay. If you are looking for a peaceful field where you can sit by a fire and also have a stroll into a village with a pub and a shop, this is the campsite for you. We are already planning our next visit. The toilets, showers and facilities were all lovely.

We had a lovely stay at Coxhill Camping, as a family of 3 and two dogs, we could not have picked a better location. There are so many beautiful walks. There is a village only a 10 minute walk away with a Co-op for all you need along with a pub. There is another fantastic dog friendly pub a 5 minute drive away in Woolage Green. There is also a Tescos Extra 10 minutes drive away in Whitfield. A further 10 minutes from that Is the white cliffs which is stunning and a beautiful walk with great views of the castle. There is also a lighthouse at the end where we had tea and scones, a fantastic location. The campsite is very clean with lovely toilets and firepits to rent, which is great. The host Emily was so helpful on the 2 occasions we spoke. Would highly recommend this campsite for families with young children and dogs. Thanks for a lovely weekend.

Really impressed by the whole show. Obviously all newly in place, but lots of simple innovations. Facilities full and clean, thanks.

Lovely campsite, just enough facilities, clean flushing toilets and nice showers. Firepit hire and logs for sale is a great addition. Local pub is okay, lots of stars on a clear night. Perfect.

Great location and clear notices of the paths. Brilliantly laid out and a great base for all the amazing coast, castles and that cathedral. Amazingly peaceful since it's 1min from A2.

Stayed for one night on our way to the ferry. Lovely big field, spacious pitches. The toilets and other facilities were super clean. Easy instructions when we arrived and a helpful local info sheet was available. The owner came to check we were okay, very friendly! We would recommend this site. Thank you!

Escaping the inclement weather of Devon, my son (7yo) and I headed east...to find the lovely Coxhill Camping for a couple of evenings. Excellent pitch, good protection from the adjacent forest, excellent warm showers...much to like! Ideally, there'd be a freezer station, but that's a small item next to all the positives about this site. And our fellow campers were wonderful!

I stayed here for a one-night stopover before travelling to France on the Shuttle - and wished I'd stayed longer! I chose a lovely quiet pitch at the top of the field and enjoyed the walk to the superb loos and showers - powerful, hot, free and endless! Many campers took advantage of the logs and fire pits and the evening was quiet, jolly and scented with wood smoke. Perfect.

Excellent, clean facilities, friendly owner who popped round to check. Calm atmosphere and lots of families with young children and dogs. Rules actually followed, genuinely quiet after 10pm and dogs on leads. We were there with 2 young children (2 and 5) and our dog, and we all had a lovely, relaxing time.

We had a lovely stay here! Beautiful setting in the field and we loved the signage everywhere to the village, North Downs, and woods. The toilets and shower blocks were new and were amongst the best facilities we've used in a campsite. We'd be back again!

What a little gem! Lovely, clean campsite with beautiful walks straight from the site. We stayed for 2 nights on the August Bank Holiday weekend and even though the site was fully booked, there was still plenty of space to enjoy! We will definitely be returning!
