About the site
A small, adult only touring site with peaceful countryside views over Pendle Hill, just ten minutes from the market town of Clitheroe. This CAMC members only location is an excellent base for walkers and cyclists keen to explore the Forest of Bowland National Landscape and surrounding fell trails, including The Tolkien Trail (20 minutes) and the Pendle Sculpture Trail (25 minutes). The site has five spacious, fully serviced hardstanding pitches, each with mown grass between and equipped with a water hook up, grey waste drain and optional 16 amp electric hook up. Pitches are suitable for small campervans, caravans and motorhomes up to 13m. Please note that up to ten units of electric are included within your pitch fee per night, any additional usage is charged at cost. Located on a working farm, you can expect to see sheep grazing and deer nearby. A local cafe is just a ten minute walk away, perfect for a cooked breakfast, while Waddington is a short five-minute drive for welcoming village pubs. Dogs are more than welcome onsite, with two permitted for free and any extra at an additional cost. The adjacent woodlands are also a great spot for dog walks.

Site rules and policies
*Check-in is from 1pm-8pm. Check out is by 12pm on your last day.
*Up to ten units (16 amps) are included per night within the pitch fee. All pitches are metered and read daily. Any additional usage will be charged for (at cost) and collected at the end of your stay in cash.
*The site is an adult only site.
*Guests must be a member of CAMC to book a pitch, and you may be asked to show your membership card on arrival.
*Well-behaved dogs are welcome onsite. Please ensure you pick up after your dog and keep it under close control at all times.
*No parties to be held on site, and the site limit the number of visitors, which must be arranged with the site owner.
*Please do not wash your unit whilst onsite as water is metered.
*Maximum unit length is 13m.
