Surrounded by open countryside, Dale Hey Touring Park has stunning views of the Ribble Valley and Pendle Hill. The site is in a superb location for all lovers of the outdoors, with 12 acres of woodland on site. Nearby are many footpaths and cycleways to explore. The site is managed to a very high standard - from the care of the grass to the cleanliness of the heated facilities. Close to the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Ribble Valley, Dale Hey offers panoramic views in most directions. It's a WiFi-free zone, so forget your screens and make the most of the great outdoors whilst enjoying a break from everyday life. All caravan and motorhome pitches include 10A electric. A wide entrance gives easy vehicular access however the site does not accept RVs or 5th wheelers. Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times. Maximum of two dogs per unit.

There are woodland trails and fields on the site. Many footpaths traverse the area around Ribchester and near to the site.
Ribchester Village and the Ribble Way is less than a mile away. There is a super large play area in the village with several coffee shops and eating establishments. It is also possible to walk to Stydd Gardens, a local venue with bespoke outlets.
Local events in the village during the year might include Roman re-enactments, Rock on the Rec - a free live music show in the village and The Royal Lancashire Agriculture Show.
