About the site


The park is a peaceful site set in the grounds of the Stanford Hall estate. For days out, it is 15 minutes from both the M1 and M6, great for travelling in all directions. Leicester, the National Exhibition Centre, Coventry and Leamington Spa are all within a 40 minute drive. Choose from 123 grass pitches, each measuring 6m x 10m. The pitches include the option of a 16 amp electric hook up, with self-contained caravans, campervans, motorhomes and RVs welcome. As the site has no toilets or showers, guests will need to have access to their own facilities. Dogs are more than welcome, but must be kept on a lead at all times. The surrounding walking routes are also great for fetching sticks! For cooking up a tasty dinner, raised BBQs are welcome, just please ensure they are attended to by an adult at all times. A charming country pub is a 20 minute walk away if you would rather dine out.

There are no toilets or showers, so guests will need to have access to their own. There is a chemical disposal point. The site has a dog walking area.

The Chequers pub is just a 15 minute walk away. Multiple supermarkets are within a ten minute drive including an Aldi and Tesco.

What's not to love about this site !! As wardens who get to wake up to the beauty of the park every day, we consider ourselves very lucky to do so. The aim is to create the perfect weekend or longer stay for customers by being as friendly and stress-free as possible.

Giving customers a chance to leave the rat race of everyday life behind by simply chilling and relaxing in the peaceful atmosphere the caravan park has to offer.

Yes, this site welcomes dogs with up to six permitted per pitch free of charge! There are fantastic dog walks around the site too. Please ensure that dogs are kept on the lead at all times whilst onsite, and please do not leave them unattended.

Open fires and campfires are not permitted, but you are welcome to have a BBQ as long as it is raised off of the ground.

Yes, you are welcome to bring an awning, gazebo, or pup tent free of charge.

The site caters for families and couples only, and does not accept group bookings, this includes no hen and stag parties.

The site sits within the historic Stanford Hall estate, where you can enjoy relaxing walks through the grounds and by the River Avon.

Only 30 minutes away, Draycote Water is a large lake that's perfect for peaceful walks, picnics, and watching wildlife. You can also try your hand at sailing, windsurfing, or fly fishing.

Around 40 minutes by car is the pretty town of Royal Leamington Spa. Known for its Georgian buildings and lovely gardens, it's perfect for a relaxed stroll. There are plenty of cafés, boutique shops, and parks to enjoy, especially Jephson Gardens by the River Leam.

Northampton (35 minutes) is a larger town with lots to see and do. You can visit museums, art galleries, or shop in the town centre.
