Perfect

Pod was a lot more spacious than we expected. Everything was clean and tidy, hot tub was lovely and everything extra we ordered was there set up waiting for us. Games room with pool table was a nice extra as well. We only had 1 night but it was lovely, will definitely be coming back!

Great location and well-equipped pod

Pod was great and well-equipped. The location was great; nice to be able to walk into the village. Only thing I'd want to say is that the mattress wasn't very comfortable. Next time, I'd take an airbed to go on top of it.

Relaxing, lovely

My partner and I stayed in one of the pods and I must say it felt so cosy and warm. The pod had everything you'd need. However, we did have to pay extra for the towels and bedding etc. As soon as we put the heating on it warmed up very quickly and it wasn't cold at all. It was very relaxing and the views were nice.

Perfect night

Had such an amazing night here. Was so peaceful and clean! The guy that runs it is so kind and friendly. Couldn't do enough for us! Definitely recommend 👌

Absolutely wonderful accommodation

So warm and cosy. Comfortable and great value for money. Everything was as described and no problems whatsoever.

Great scenic break away

Lovely for a little get away. Very clean, well equipped (needed a mirror, however). Only point to make, mattresses are not very comfortable. Mattress topper would have been appreciated, these are minor points. Would return again and have recommended to friends.

Good

The place was lovely and we had a lovely night. We struggled to work the hot tub as no instructions were given, and as we stayed on an extremely hot night, the heat was quite bad (despite the fan given). Was lovely and would stay again.

Super mini break

We had a super couple of nights at Millside. A warm and friendly welcome from Steve and a lovely clean pod which was perfect. It was a short walk to a lovely village pub for some tea, which I thought was perfect. We drove in to Lincoln (about 40 mins) each day as there was lots to see but there's plenty more local than that to explore. We hope to return with the whole family, or some friends and our dog(s) too. Thank you so much.

Lovely night stay. Everything you need for a cosy night away. Would definitely recommend.

Podtastic

Great location and views. Peaceful and restful place, highly recommend. Either I misread or was asleep, but assumed bedding was part of the facilities, but it isn't. Had to drive home to get stuff, fortunately only 15 minutes away. Probably my fault to be fair. Too charcoal for BBQ, but not in situ. To be fair Steve brought one straight up without charge. But feel if it's on the list of facilities, the BBQ should already be on site. Likewise, wi-fi listed as available, but no sign of any source or details in the pod. Again, if listed, should be available. Could do with hot tub instructions as it was guesswork. However, despite these minor issues, I would say go, it's a lovely place and we found it very relaxing.

Thanks for your review, Rob Bedding currently isn't included, but is a bookable extra. We might nudge the price up shortly to include it. I could have brought some up for you and saved you nipping home. Fire pits with logs for a fire, or charcoal for a BBQ are £12 for one or £20 for both. We like guests to use our logs and charcoal for insurance. We try to keep our stays competitively priced so don't include them as not everyone has a BBQ or fire whilst here. It also gives people the chance to decide what they want to do depending on weather or other things they're doing. There are hot tub instructions on the dining table. Maybe they were in with the bits on extras and walking map, but I normally put them to one side so they are easy to find. Glad you found your stay relaxing. Thanks, Steve

Lovely place, superb location

Fantastic little glamping pod with all the basic essentials. Perfect for a little get away. Lovely little pub down the road and plenty of local walks to enjoy.

Peaceful and relaxing break for couples

Lovely, clean glamping pod - more than enough space for a couple. The hot tub was clean and ready to use upon arrival. BBQ extras were waiting outside our door. Email instructions were received a few days before so that we were aware of what to expect in advance. Really nice, safe, clean site. Would stop again.

Amazing getaway

Was very peaceful and the hot tub is amazing.

2 night stay

Mini break away in the countryside, my partner and I agree that it was way better than a hotel, it was more cozy and romantic. We both loved the fairy lights inside the pod. Came with a fully functional kitchen that had all the mod cons you could possibly need. Nice and quiet and relaxing with good spacing between the pods for privacy. Only downside was no Internet and we did not realise we needed our own bedding and towels. Steve the host was very accommodating and helpful, offering his own bedding as a substitute, but in the end my partner and I sorted it out and had a peaceful 2 nights sleep. Would definitely return (with bedding this time 😂)

Lovely, quiet site

The pod was good but didn't get the email until we were on the way and we weren't aware that we needed to bring bedding or towels. They did bring us some though, which was great. The site was beautiful and the hot tub was great. The shower kept flipping from hot to cold a lot and pressure wasn't as good. Everything else was great and the bed was comfortable. Site was nice, quiet and chilled. Enjoyed it a lot. Great for couples.

Thank you for your review. The late check in email was my error and unusual- I normally send them a few days before. Will check the shower to make sure it is ok or why water pressure was lower during your stay. Have only had positive feedback over showers before. Pleased you enjoyed your stay.
