About the site
Explore both coast and countryside from this family run base on a peaceful working arable farm, just 25 minutes from the seaside town of Skegness. Onsite, guests can fish in the well-stocked lake (additional fee), home to carp, roach and rudd, or enjoy direct access to Lincolnshire Coast Country Park and its scenic walking trails. This family friendly site features 140 spacious, level and individually marked pitches, some with top lakeside views. Choose from non electric grass pitches for tents, or 9m x 9m electric grass pitches with 16 amp hook up for tents, trailer tents, caravans, campervans and motorhomes. Please note that the maximum tent size is 7m x 4m. There are also non electric hardstanding pitches, along with 9m x 9m hardstanding pitches with 16 amp hook up for caravans, campervans and motorhomes. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore the rolling trails of the Lincolnshire Wolds National Landscape, while the village of Anderby Creek is just a 25 minute walk away, offering a sand dune beach, cafe and local eateries. Head to Mablethorpe (20 minutes) to visit The Seal Sanctuary Wildlife Centre, relax on Mablethorpe Beach and enjoy traditional seaside amusements. With plenty of open space and nature walks within the grounds, it's a relaxing base for a memorable stay in Lincolnshire. Up to three dogs are welcome onsite. Please just ensure they are kept on their leads! Raised BBQs are permitted onsite. Sorry, campfires are not allowed here.

*Check-in is from 1pm-7:30pm. Please check out by 11am.
*During high season, the minimum night stay is two nights for Friday and Saturday arrivals.
*On Bank Holiday weekends, arrivals are on Friday only, with a minimum night stay of three nights.
*The site operates a noise policy between 10pm and 8am.
*There's a 5mph speed limit.
*Cars are not permitted on the grass in wet conditions.
*The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
*Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
*This site has a catch-and-return fishing policy.
*You'll need an Environment Agency rod licence (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).
*Raised BBQs are permitted.
*Open fires are not allowed.
*Visitors must leave the premises by 9 pm.
*Maximum tent size is 7m x 4m.
*Please do not swim in the pool.
*Groups are not allowed onsite.
