Clear filters Fantastic little campsite
Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches (Lighthouse View) Jul 2025 We stayed one night with our campervan. The toilets etc are immaculate and plenty of showers and toilets. It's clearly a well kept site. Lovely and peaceful stay.
It's a short walk to the beach which is fab. There's a small shop on site but nothing else nearby. That wasn't an issue, just good to know. If we ever travel this way in the future, we will definitely stay again.
Lovely, quiet site
Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches (Lighthouse View) Jul 2025 Lovely, quiet site within walking distance to the beach and lovely quaint village. Walk along the costal path to Sea Palling which was lovely.
The local pub is a sight to behold. Ok for a drink but avoid the food and the awful inside of the pub. Considering the beautiful village, you would expect more from the local but sadly not.

The facilities were immaculate and very clean. Everything you'd need. Perfect for Happisburg beach.

Excellent cleanliness with immaculate finish. Had view of both lighthouse and church. Very nice helpful staff always with a smile.
Would recommend this site to families in the summer hols and older people before holidays for total peace and quiet.

Excellent shower facilities and very clean.
Level pitch with access to water.
Small shop on site with basic supplies.
Short walk to a lovely beach and even shorter walk to the local pub which has a quirky feel!
If you do visit the pub, make sure you go to the back of the garden onto the deck! Lovely spot!

Lovely place to stay
Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches (Lighthouse View) Jun 2025 Really lovely site within easy walking distance of a fine beach. There is a nearby pub too, best described as quaint rather than tired, but with nice food.
There is a site is clean, level and with plenty of space. Individual taps and hook ups in some areas. Best toilets and showers I have seen in a very long time. They get five stars.
Campervan visit
Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches (Lighthouse View) Jun 2025 This is one of are favourite sites to stay on, campsite is so clean and friendly, the showers and toilet rooms are amazing the lady works so hard to keep them so nice 👍
The beach is beautiful, just down the road and the little pub is very friendly and lovely food, and dog friendly too.
Although one little thing - would be nice to have a little outside shower hose etc to wash dogs down after beach or muddy walks, will return though, many thanks for another lovely weekend.

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches (Church View) Jun 2025 A very pleasant, well maintained site, it was nice to have water points on the electric posts.
The toilet shower blocks were excellent, in peak season, the gents could have done with another couple of shower bays, but otherwise plenty of sinks and adequate toilets. The facilities were very clean, with most users respecting this.
The site is relatively level, you'd need blocks with a motorhome, I was in a caravan so no issues. Some pitches are on the small size if you're putting an awning up, no room for the car as well!
The village is a great place to walk around, the beach is lovely, but be aware there is a steep climb up the path off it, if you have difficulty walking.
All in, I'd rate my stay as 9 out of 10.

Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches (Lighthouse View) May 2025 Cosy, well kept park. The reception was very welcoming and the chap took us to our tent pitch with electricity hookup station, that also had a fresh drinking water tap too 😎. The facilities included a very clean toilet and showering area. It's also a quick 10 minute walk to the beach via the back of the campsite. We even enjoyed a tasty pub meal from the nearest pub that is less than 10 mins walk away. Good place to relax and walks.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Beautiful Site
Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches (Church View) May 2025 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Manor Caravan Park, it was just on the edge of the village and allowed easy access to the village pub, church, lighthouse and the beach.
Everyone was very friendly and the toilet/shower facilities where immaculate.
Our pitch was relatively level and overlooked both St Mary;s Church and Happisburgh Lighthouse.
The village was quiet and had a small village shop which baked artisan breads available on certain days of the week and the shop onsite had most essentials in stock.
A Fish & Chip van came on the weekend for those who wanted a takeaway service. As well as a visit from the ice cream van. A number of posters around the site were displayed informing you of events that where taking place, i.e. Fun Run and Quiz nights, as well as music events locally. You could make your stay as relaxing or as busy as you liked, with lovely walks along the coastal route or around the local area and the neighbouring beautiful Norfolk countryside.

Manor Caravan Park
Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches (Church View) May 2025 Manor Caravan Park staff are very welcoming and we were shown directly to the pitch. We found the pitches to be quite uneven and it can get blustery due to the open location, however nothing that a well placed leveler or a few blocks can't cope with.
Facilities were good, toilets and showers are ultra modern and the cleanest imaginable and for a change on a camping site there are no timed shower restrictions.
Launderette contains two washers and two driers, both looked very new and modern.
Considering the size of the park I was surprised there was no specific children's area, but you can walk to the local beach and play area in about 10mins.
All in all Manor Caravan Park is good value, clean and friendly, the shop is well stocked for its size and opening times are very adequate.
