Manor Caravan Park is a great base on the Norfolk coast, just a ten minute walk to Happisburgh Beach. There are a mix of grass non electric and electric pitches, for tents and tourers alike set across spacious fields with views over the lighthouse and St Mary's Church. Enjoy easy access to the Norfolk Broads National Park, the onsite licensed shop, and a pub within a five-minute walk!

We loved staying at this site, 10/15 mins walk to the beach and pretty location. Everyone, including those staying on site, were super friendly and, especially Simon who showed us to our pitch. The site is immaculate, the facilities were so clean, showers and toilets fantastic! We will definitely be back!

We booked 4 nights, but had to leave early as my husband was ill. The site was lovely, can get to the beach from the site, pub just a few minutes up the road. Views from the church where lovely, sign posted walks through the village on beach road for a choice of walks, Wroxham about 7 miles away would be worth a visit, looked lovely, we only drove through it due to illness. Site is well kept, showers outstanding, very relaxed about pitches plenty of room. A pie van turned up on Friday tea, which looked and smelled lovely. Also, we forgot our dog leads, a they lady on reception kindly borrowed us 2 which was much appreciated. Would return as feel we missed out on exploring the area fully.

Arrived later than expected due to a number of incidents, but the hosts were great and very pleasant. The site is just perfect in every way. We stayed on the field (no electric) in our motorhome which has solar panels, but with two large dogs we were able to pick our spot and had plenty of room. The facilities are great with a small reception and a small store, with a brand new shower and toilet block in the centre of the site. The location in a small village was perfect for our needs, giving us great access to plenty of walks and long stretches of beach. There is a small local pub within walking distance which served meals and real ales. We had an excellent stay here and will definitely be back later in the year. Definitely 5 stars.

Lovely campsite and location, highly recommended to friends and family. Very friendly and helpful staff. Super clean facilities. Only 1 suggestion would be if staff could monitor noise levels after 11:00pm as it got noisy with big groups late evening, through to the early hours.
Really great campsite

I don't know where to start. The campsite is simply brilliant. We stayed for one night in a tent on Church View. But you can see clearly the church and the lighthouse and the views are stunning. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the facilities are immaculate and constantly cleaned and checked. We went with our children, 1 and 4 and they loved it. The camp is family and dog friendly. Day and night, the location is so quiet and peaceful, just want you want for a quick relax and chill over the weekend. I really cannot recommend enough. We will be returning very soon and for the whole weekend too. Superb!

On arrival to the campsite, we were escorted to our pitch by the guy who drove a little golf buggy. He explained how to pitch and gave us an option of a few others, but we were really happy with it. We were next to the immaculate toilet and shower blocks. There is a launderette and camp shop on site, which was always fully stocked. We had the view of the lighthouse and church and was just perfect. On Sundays, you can climb up to the church tower which is 133 spiralling ones. Hard work but breath-taking views. There is a little pub 5 minutes walk away and a pint was well needed after that. It's about a 15 minute walk to the lighthouse and onto the beach where you can let your dog off and plenty of walks in the area. We couldn't find fault with anything at all. Oh, and a little fish and chip van is on site on Saturday evenings. Well worth the money and will definitely be back.

Absolutely lovely. Actually stayed 2 nights and still didn't want to leave. Site kind enough to let us stay on pitch til 3pm. Great location for walking although we failed to find the 4 mile circular walk. So friendly- everyone keen to chat about history of village. Miles of sandy beach to enjoy (dog friendly) and coast path. Best showers/ toilet block I've ever been in.
Could not have been any friendlier or cleaner

We were only staying on site for 1 night, en-route to a other location. A very warm welcome on arrival. Walked to our pitch, given a history lesson about the village and location of the pub. Walked into the village and the lighthouse. The shower block was spotless, and I mean spotless. Bearing in mind the mud from the mornings down pour.
Peaceful and perfect

Lovely site close to the beach and village. Facilities very clean, just a long way from where we camped - not good in the middle of the night! If we went again, we would ask for a pitch closer to the facility block. Lots of vehicle movement throughout the site made it a bit noisy. We would return if we were looking to stay in the area again.

Lovely few days. The weather wasn't great but the toilets & showers were cleaned very regularly so nothing got muddy. Big pitches and friendly staff. One suggestion is cold taps in the toilet area to brush your teeth. I took a bottle of cold water in with me, which worked for us.

Andrea and I have restarted camping after a 20yr hiatus. This site, chosen at random in a part of the UK we have never visited before was a gamble. It paid off handsomely. The ablution block was excellent, the rules were simple and easy to follow and thee staff were charming. We enjoyed it so much, despite the inclement weather, that we intend to return for longer in September.

Lovely campsite, one of the best we have stayed at. The facilities were great. Fantastic showers that don't go off, so that is a real plus. The couple in the reception were very friendly and helpful. Great little shop & they sell ice creams. The only downside was the disabled room, there was a pull down seat but once you have showered & it's wet everywhere, there is no seat to get dried on, you can't put your towel on a wet floor. My husband had to use the gents showers so he had a seat to get dried but then had problems in the shower as he has balance issues. This problem could have been resolved with a little stool being put in the disabled room.
