Here campers are given the true feel of the great British countryside.
About Mount Farm Caravan Site
Mount Farm is an established family run caravan site in the picturesque village of Ratley that has recently been taken over by a local, young couple. It is situated on the Warwickshire and Oxfordshire border, just a stone's throw from the ancient woodland and battleground of Edge Hill and has The Cotswolds on its doorstep. Historic Warwick and Stratford upon Avon are less than 30 minutes away. The town of Banbury is 6 miles away with all its entertainment. The park is a small but spacious site with 14 plots over two fields. The site is on high but sheltered and well drained ground. It consists of maintained lawned fields with the grass collected and fabulous views offered of the surrounding countryside. Children and well behaved dogs are very welcome.

Site facilities include one shower room and one very large spacious family wet room (ideal if you have small children). There is also a utility area for all your washing up needs, which contains a freezer for your cool packs and ice creams! Disposal for both general waste and cassettes is clearly signed by the bathrooms and water is available from various spots around the farm. Outdoor games such as badminton, croquet and jacks are warmly welcome.
The farm is within a two minute drive of Radway Riding School, who offer group and private tuition for horse riding. Luckily, there are also two award winning pubs, both within a mere five minute walking distance - The Castle at Edgehill and The Rose and Crown in Ratley.

Site rules and policies
Mount Farm Park strives to create a relaxed and laid back farm life atmosphere. However; in order to keep not only their guests but their farm and animals safe they do have a list of rules:
Report to the farmhouse upon arrival to be shown to your pitch and for payment.
Payment must be made in full for the full duration of the stay upon arrival.
Well behaved dogs are warmly welcome, however; strictly to be kept on a lead at all times.
No fouling on the site at any time.
No noise after 10 pm.
Please recycle - we have waste bins clearly marked, please help us recycle and sort through your rubbish.
Please use bins provided in the bathrooms and only flush toilet tissue.
Please do NOT feed the animals. Under no circumstances should any site visitor go beyond the gates in any livestock field.
No littering.
Things to do on site and in the Banbury area
There are plenty of activities nearby, such as horse riding, golf, cycling, walking, clay pigeon shooting and fishing.
When visiting in the summer, there is always a summer show or village fete very close by. Check the campsite pin board for more details of local activities.
The woods at Edgehill offer walks with stunning scenery and one of the lovely things about the village of Ratley is that there is no through road, giving parents that extra bit of reassurance that their children will be safe.
The site owners are more than happy to book tables for you and your family in advance so that you can test out your foodie credentials at two of the finest local pubs.
