About Oban Holiday Park

Set within the beautiful area of Gallanchmore, this family friendly site enjoys great views of the Island of Kerrera. Only ten minutes from the seaside town of Oban, the site also acts as an ideal base for boat trips to the nearby islands. There are also 50 electric grass pitches onsite, suitable for tents and campervans, caravans, motorhomes and RVs. Each of these comes with a 16 amp hook up and allows a maximum of eight people. If you would rather travel light, the park also offers a range of pods and lodges, some with private hot tubs! Evenings can also be spent in the open, cooking up something on the BBQ or gas stove, or gathered around the fire pit. Four-legged friends are also well-catered for with an onsite dog walk. VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass PitchesApr 2024

Nice, quiet campsite, although very muddy in some of the grass areas. Busted a gut to get there before reception closed at 6 as we didn't know if we'd be able to get in (tried to call but got recorded message saying offices were closed). We got there for 5:45 but reception was already closed with our envelope taped to the door. If we'd known that, we could have enjoyed our day more and got there later.

Medium Tent - Electric Grass PitchesApr 2024

The staff at this park were excellent. Such a friendly welcome. We experienced some issues in our group as our Motorhome broke down. They couldn't do enough for us. Great, peaceful. Nice, little, safe fenced park for kids. Great walks and beautiful views. Toilet block was modern and clean. Will be back!
