About Newbridge Country Park
Enjoy the best of both worlds at this secluded countryside retreat, just a stone's throw from the historic market town of Dumfries. The site is ideal for families, couples or small groups of friends looking to pitch up and reconnect with nature. There's no shortage of beautiful landscapes to explore, with acres of forest and green spaces inland and a rugged coastline under an hour away. The site offers hardstanding pitches for all types of tourer vehicles, including campervans, motorhomes, caravans and trailer tents. The pitches provide electric hook-up and plenty of space for awnings and tables. Although Newbridge Country Park has a tucked-away feel, it's just a short drive from the A74 road connecting Carlisle and Glasgow. This makes it the perfect base for exploring the Scottish Borders, Northumberland and the Cumbrian Lake District, or even trips to Glasgow and Edinburgh. Best yet, there's room for the whole family - including your four legged friend!
