Beautifully kept site. Shower and toilet facilities spotless, all managed by very friendly staff. Loved the fantastic camping kitchen, very well stocked.

Immaculate site. I solo camped as part of a bike packing, 3-day completion of the John Muir Way. Jean and the team were incredibly helpful and kind. Saw lots of families with young children who clearly enjoyed the play areas. Fab.

A friendly welcome. Good facilities and a good location for visiting Edinburgh or, like us, a good overnight base before travelling further North into Scotland. Close to Edinburgh bypass and M8 & M9 motorways. Only downside is that it's located under the flight path for planes taking off from Edinburgh airport.

Excellent, just needs a pub on site. Everything you need there, including kitchen with tv and games. Very clean. 30 minutes walk to East Calder, which has a nice pub and a shop. Would definitely stop here again!

What a lovely little site! Absolutely wonderful welcome from the wardens who were so helpful when our electric cable wasn't long enough 🤦♀️ All facilities were immaculately kept and the showers were clean and hot. Won't hesitate to book again. Thanks for a lovely end of year/start of year campervan adventure!

Excellent facilities. Staff very helpful, thank you guys for pulling us out the pitch when we got stuck during the down pour of torrential rain we had, it was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend this site and the location is excellent, we will 100% be back. Thank you for making the end of 2021 a positive memory, we're now looking forward to visiting again when we can.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful, it was my first camping trip away with 2 kids. I needed a bit of help with some bits and the staff were so helpful, the amenities were clean and the site complied with COVID restrictions.

Absolutely loved staying here. From the moment we arrived at check out we could feel the friendliness. I stayed with my daughter and am looking for campsites that I can feel happy to stay in on my own with my dog. This will be one of my regular campsites. The facilities were so clean. I liked the fact there were private sink cubicles in the shower/toilet area. Nice friendly shop on site at reception so if you run out of essentials, it's there. A short drive away to a dog friendly gastro pub with amazing food. Close to park and ride for Edinburgh city was a bonus. I only stayed one night but will definitely be booking again. Sorry I didn't take any photos.

We've stayed before and really liked the site. The facilities are spotless. The shop is great and all the staff are so helpful. Its in a great location for Edinburgh. We drove to park and ride at Ingilston, which is free parking, and got tram in, was brilliant. There are sheep and chickens on site. We enjoyed seeing the chickens and their eggs are delicious . There's so much to do in the area, fantastic shopping, forth road bridges, Queensferry and beautiful Fife. We liked it so much we decided to stay for winter season.

A very lovely campsite, clean, friendly. The weather was very wet and it was handy to have the indoor kitchen area with table to sit an eat. Very nice campsite and nice scenery and woodland walks around. I will come back great place.
