Nice place to stay. Very clean facilities. Showers and toilets were spot on. Friendly staff, great location. The only thing I would change is the quality of the mattress. I would take an inflatable mattress to sleep better.

Quiet and easy access, great communication and very clean utilities. A small table in pod would be a bonus.

We only stayed the one night and really didn't know what to expect when we got there, as we'd not done anything like this before. We were pleasantly surprised at the great location and the clean, warm and comfortable pod, with bedding supplied. The toilet/shower block was spacious and very clean. The central communal area containing BBQs and a large covered table and benches looked very useful though we didn't use it. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. Altogether a positive experience.

The positives: The location is convenient, the pods are basic but clean and spacious. Did the job for one night. Negatives: There is a microwave and fridge/freezer available. However, these are located in the office and so are not available outside of opening hours. Not everyone has access to a camping stove. When booking, you are required to give a time for check in, with a time limit for check in of 8pm. However, when we arrived, there was no check in procedure, our name and our pod number was posted in the window. Had we known then we wouldn't have had to rush to be there in time for check in. Less expensive than other accommodation in the area, but still expensive for what you get.

Fantastic little retreat off the beaten track next to Loch Ness. Pods are absolutely beautiful and seem like they are very new. Although basic they are very comfortable. The shared facilities are some of the best I have ever seen - absolutely stunning toilets that are always very clean. Great value with a great location.

This was our stopping point on the last night of The Great Glen way…showers and toilets were immaculate, as was the pod. Beds were basic but comfortable as was the bedding…it’s camping without the tent. The pods have sockets, lights and heaters. We were given a kettle when we asked. We had a lovely evening around the campfire and used the bbq. There is a great communal covered table too. You can get a pick up and drop off for The Clansman Hotel if you don’t want to fend for yourself. But be very careful about the nearby Eco Cafe, the food is good but over priced, we paid £20 each for soup, bread, cake and a drink, we did not ask and were not given a price before hand. The food was good and the only thing around…it’s quirky but caveat emptor!

Arrived just after check in closed but was texted prior with pod number and info so no hassle when arrived. Pod was easy to find with just a short walk from car park. Disappointed that no camping cookers were allowed as it meant no hot drink before bed which would have been nice after a very long drive. A little pricey for what you got.

Stayed here for a couple of nights in July and found it to be a lovely, peaceful campsite. The pods were clean and insulated and the toilets were spotless. Although the site is close to Inverness and Loch Ness, it is situated in an alpine meadow area surrounded by pine trees giving it a remote feel. Will definitely return in the future.

I stayed in pod 10 for 1 night and it was great. There were beds provided with quilts, covers and pillows that you can hire. The pod was quite small but this is not a bad thing as it was cosy and electric points were within reach. The facilities were great for my two kids who I shared the cabin with. The toilets and shower block were really clean and in great condition. There is a recycling area for all the rubbish next to a shelter with maps of all the local areas and the cycle/walking trails. It was a great wee place to stay and I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about renting a pod for a night or two.

Great location with easy access to the Great Glen and Inverness. Lovely site in the trees. The owners are clearly conscious of the environment and the site was very clean and well maintained. The pod was warm, a little rudimentary for the price though. No raised beds. Unfortunate that each pod site did not have its own table to cook and sit around. The outside sink is not covered, so there's no point in drying your things. The showers are great, very warm and powerful, and toilet area is super clean.

Very nice place a stone's throw from Loch Ness. The Pods are comfortable, clean and equipped and the staff are polite and helpful. Clean bathrooms with shower. I highly recommend!
