Bell Tent - Bell TentAug 2022

We stayed here for 4 nights with our 2 children in a bell tent and it was so lovely. The tent itself had a comfortable bed, a table and chairs and sofa and looked really inviting. The view was lovely and it was nice and quiet. It was nice being able to interact with the animals and having walks on your doorstep. There was alot of things to do a short car journey away so was an ideal base. The food was amazing from the cafe, we had pizza on pizza night and it was really tasty and I loved the homemade coleslaw! The solar showers were so warm and very clean. The sky is so dark at night it was nice to lay and star gaze with the kids and have marshmallows on the firepit. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Gorgeous little campsite

Bell Tent - Bell TentAug 2022

What a delightful little campsite this was. A bit of a last minute book, so really happy they were able to accommodate. Dog friendly and a lovely little cafe that does pizza nights and amazing looking desserts (sadly I was too full from the pizza, though good excuse to return sometime). The staff were super friendly and it had all the facilities we needed. There looked to be a good number of activities for those with families too. Also a lovely walk up to the stone circle to watch the sunset. Thanks for a lovely stay 🙏🏽

Shepherd's Hut - Shepherd's HutAug 2022

I stayed in the Shepherds hut with my two boys for a quick break away. The farm is really lovely, tucked away down a country lane with the most beautiful views. We were lucky both nights to enjoy amazing sunsets. The shepherds hut is small, but really well laid out and equipped with a kettle, fan, fridge, crockery, towels and a really comfy bed. Outside there was a bbq, firepit and seating. Showers are hot and clean. There is a farm cafe on site which opens for breakfast each morning and serves lovely meals and coffee. They also do a pizza evening two nights per week (we weren't there for either night to try it). My boys loved the huge trampoline and giant connect four - there's also table tennis and a football table available. I'd really recommend this site and we'll defo go back again!

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass PitchesAug 2022

Wonderful campsite, we stayed with our toddler and family and had the best time exploring Somerset from our base at Huntstile. The setup for children was brilliant, whilst the cafe and weekend food options - pizza, breakfast etc were delicious and wonderful.

Glamping Cabin - Studio Log CabinAug 2022

We visited with our two children, aged 9 and 5, and had a wonderful stay. The studio cabin was cosy and perfect for a family of four, the hot tub was fabulous and we enjoyed pizza night. The children made friends with other families and stayed out playing for hours in the apple orchards and fields. There were swallows nesting above the doorway to the studio, and it was a delight to watch them feeding their chicks. The only minor issue was that there are so many flies around this year, the cabin was full of flies when we arrived with nothing provided to dispel them. However when we complained to staff, the issue was resolved, with fly papers, fans and raid spray being provided at no extra cost. We would certainly recommend Huntstile Organic Farm for couples and families of younger children who enjoy a slower-paced holiday, and would love to return if we are back in Somerset again.

Hello. Thank you for taking the time write a review. We are so glad you enjoyed the studio cabin and pizza night with your children. While accommodations are always checked before guests arrive, we do sometimes need to deal with issues during the stay. Thank you for bringing this to our attention so that we could resolve things straight-away for you. We very much look forward to seeing you again next time you are in Somerset.

The perfect stay at the most beautiful farm.

Bell Tent - Bell TentJun 2022

We've just returned from a last minute trip to Huntstile Farm. This place is an absolute gem and I honestly couldn't fault it. The farm is beautifully maintained with gorgeous flowers, scenery and animals. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Helping feed the animals and collect eggs was a wonderful experience for our kids. It's so peaceful and surrounded by lovely walks. The farm shop does a great coffee and is beautifully fitted out. We stayed in a bell tent that was very comfortable and had lots of unexpected little extras. We all had the best time and are already planning our next trip back!
