It's set within the beautiful Mendip Hills AONB, where you'll glamp in cheery, comfortable 5 metre ' Boutique Camping' bell tents with great facilities including an indoor dining area and proper loos and showers in a converted barn. Close to Wells, Cheddar, Bath and Bristol, there are fantastic country walks from the doorstep.
About Hedgerow Cottage and Glamping
Forget the daily grind and escape to this haven in the countryside in easy reach of Cheddar, Wookey, Wells, Bath, Bristol, and the beaches at Brean. It's an exclusive, small site, set in a cider apple orchard with fabulous views. The site is car-free and at the end of a private lane so is great for kids running around. Each 5 metre 'Boutique Camping' bell tent has a twin or double bed plus 2 camp beds for children, scatter rugs, decorations and bunting. The site caters to families, couples and friends. Sorry, no pets.
Open from 1 July to 6 September
Each pitching area has two bell tents and private facilities including a kitchen/dining space, WC and shower. Private hot tubs are available with some group pitches, please enquire. Fire pits are provided and guests have access to hire of a pizza oven for use on the fire pit.
There is horse riding nearby. The village is home to two lovely pubs.
