I recently spent a one night at Laleham Camping site with our kids, and it was such a fun and refreshing escape! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The campsite itself was clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of space for the kids to run around safely. One of the highlights was the family-friendly atmosphere. There were lots of other families around, which meant instant playmates for the kids. The playground was a big hit, and football space for the boys. We also loved the nature trails—perfect for little adventurers and great for spotting wildlife. Our tent spot was shaded and quiet at night, which made for easy bedtimes (a camping miracle!). The bathrooms and showers were surprisingly clean to. Whether it was roasting marshmallows by the fire or watching the stars together, this one night gave to the kids so many sweet memories. We’ll definitely be back—and next time, we’ll stay even longer!

Took the kids and the dog there for the night as the weather was good, and we had a good time. It's a great little site, everyone there was super friendly and helpful and we got in and set up with ease. Its a good site with kids as they have a play area in the middle with sand pit that you can easily see from most pitches so they can go off, toilet block was clean, had plenty of space and had showers etc. There is another slightly larger play park just outside the site in parkland, surrounded by trees and the river across the road was a nice walk. There are couple of pubs with good food about 20 mins (slow) walk up the river. I can imagine the site could feel quite busy as it's not the biggest, but the pitches aren't rammed together. All in all this was a cracking little stop that the kids loved, I found quite easy and would certainly go back to.

We had a fantastic stay at Laleham campsite and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. The location is perfect, with beautiful walks along the river right on the doorstep—ideal for a morning stroll or an evening unwind. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxed and friendly, making it easy to feel at home from the moment you arrive. Everyone we met, from staff to fellow visitors, was welcoming and pleasant. One of the biggest highlights is the excellent value. Compared to other local sites, the prices are much more reasonable, yet you don’t have to compromise on quality or experience. It’s a great option for those looking for an affordable yet wonderful caravan stay. We’ll definitely be returning!

I had a wonderful time at Laleham Camping Club in Chertsey! The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by nature, which made for a peaceful and relaxing escape. The site itself was well-kept, and I felt really comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even better. Whether I was enjoying the calm surroundings or exploring nearby attractions, it was the perfect spot to unwind. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, nature-filled getaway. Great fishing spots right outside of the campsite were a big positive!

I have been camping at Laleham Campsite for many years, the campsite is situated right by the River Thames. There is lovely walks to Chertsey lock and Penton hook, with a few pubs that serve lovely food along the way. The campsite has a warm and family feel, with clean and tidy toilets and showers. There were washing up facilities and washing machines to clean your dirty laundry. If your looking for the real camping experience, then Laleham Campsite is for you.

Great little gem of a campsite, very friendly. They had an event on when we were there and was made very welcome, even got a free glass of wine. Very easy to get into London.
