For a quieter time with the family at the beach, consider a trip to the nearby Climping beach or Aldwick beach. Located only a short drive away from Bognor’s hustle and bustle, these beaches are great for an early morning dog walk.   

If the sun gets too much, treat yourself to a bit of pampering at Ocean Spa where you can experience a range of colourful surroundings as you unwind in its popular hydro spa. 

Hotham Park is a top attraction for those looking to enjoy a pleasant walk around nature or picnic beside a boating lake. Kids can also ride a miniature railway and run wild in its adventure play area.

Later in the day, enjoy a round of crazy golf at the Waterloo Square Crazy Golf. The hazards ensure each put is as unpredictable as the last.

If there aren't any keen golfers in the family, visit Fishers Farm Park for a chance to see all kinds of animals. Be sure to check out Animal Barn and have a look at the alpacas, cockatoos as well as plenty of other fascinating creatures.

Alternatively, treat the kids on a day to Butlins for loads of fun activities such as its renowned Splash Waterworld and amazing fairground.

Older kids should check out the thrills on offer at The Base Skatepark. Enjoy riding around on skateboards, scooters or try out BMX’s and rollerblading.  

A visit to the Bognor Regis museum is worth your time for a fascinating look at Bognor’s history that will entertain young and old alike.

When you’ve ticked every box of your Bognor Regis to do list, take a little trip to Chichester and visit the AONB Harbour for a relaxing boat trip.

Nearby the long stretch of sand at West Wittering beach is also hugely popular, offering views of Chichester Harbour – even if the parking is a bit pricey.
