The Barn Caravan Park is located in Lancing, just a 15 minute walk from the nearest beach and a 20 minute drive from Brighton. There are a range of electric and non electric grass pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes, with trees planted to add shelter. Enjoy a treat from the onsite coffee shop and licensed bar, with a play park for little ones and free WiFi. It is also only a 15 minute walk to a train station and pubs!

Excellent site, Five minute walt to Lancing Beach and easy access to Brighton or Worthing. The site itself is very relaxed, all grass pitches with excellent and clean showers toilets. Little coffee shop manged by the park's friendly owner

We had a great stay. We booked very last minute for 2 nights. The owner was super friendly. The site was small, clean and tidy. The shower was a great size and temperature! The facilities block had a good deep washing up sink area and drinking water. Everything kept very clean. We would highly recommend and will certainly stay again. It's perfectly located to walk to the beach or the train station (we did both). It had everything we needed for a little get away.

A lovely, large flat site with good sized marked pitches. Quiet location, but close to beach, train station and a few pubs in Lancing. Lots of space for kids to play without disturbing others. Facilities were clean and well kept with nice hot showers, although only two toilets and two showers, which was fine but might get a little busy at peak times. Had sockets for hairdryer, straighteners, chargers which was very convenient. Overall a great little site, thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

We just went for a couple of nights, as new Motorhome owners, to try everything out but we think The Barn Caravan site will become our 'go-to' site! The site is beautifully kept, it's quiet and peaceful- we enjoyed the light aircraft and helicopters from the small airport nearby. The trees surrounding the field are beautiful, as are the views of the downs. It's a short walk to Lancing beach and from there you can walk to Worthing one side and Shoreham the other. The facilities are very good and nice and clean, the owner is very approachable and helpful. We will be back with our small Grandson who will love the open space to run around, the playground in the middle and the small planes. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A great place. There was a lovely guy called Joe, who was really helpful. It as my first time away in our van without my husband. Just me and a girlfriend! He was super helpful and kind. A great location, will go again. Thank you.

We arrived for our 3 day trip and were warmly welcomed. This quiet site is well looked after and toilets/shower areas clean and tidy. There is a freezer for your ice packs and a lovely small shop serving coffees and ice creams etc. Lancing and the beach are within easy distance and a good base to explore this part of the world. We'll be back soon. Thanks!

Very clean toilets and showers. The kids loved the space to run around and play, and the playground is perfect for age 4-12 or so. We'll come again!

The site was recommended and it didn't disappoint. Friendly welcome on arrival. Not overcrowded, plenty of personal space. Ideal for visiting the area. Local buses £2 a journey. Would definitely recommend.

Such a lovely clean site. Check in was perfect. The loos and showers were clean and there was plenty of hot water. The site is small and was silent after 9! Very convenient for the beach. My daughter was particularly impressed by the range of magnums available at reception. Thank you for a lovely few days.

Great welcome, the campsite is super clean, the atmosphere is rather family-friendly and the children can all play in the centre of the campsite where everyone is parked in a circular manner. We enjoyed it very much!

We turned up late but were welcomed and soon sorted out by the Manager(ess). The facilities were very good and, having completed a triathlon, I was grateful for a lovely hot shower and quiet night.

We enjoyed our short stay at The Barn Caravan Park. It was well run and owner was friendly and helpful. The facilities were modern, clean and never too busy. We didn't use the small cafe, but it's always good to know you can get an ice cream, or cold/hot drink if you want one. The play park area was used well by the families on site. We walked to Shoreham-on-Sea one evening and enjoyed a drink and a cheese board at 'The Ferry', near the glass bridge. The next day we walked a short way to the railway station and in 20 minutes were in Brighton. Plenty to do and see there on a sunny day.

A fantastic site with limited pitches making it more personal. 10 mins walk to the train station and 20 mins to Brighton centre. 15 mins walk to the beach in Lancing. Facilities are well kept and very clean, will stay again.
