The Barn Caravan Park is a grassy site with trees planted to add shelter, and at a peaceful medium size bookings are carefully controlled to avoid overcrowding. The site is just 7 miles from Brighton, ideally placed for summer festivities or for seeing a game at the Amex Stadium. Stop off on the South Coast to see all that Worthing, Brighton and Bognor Regis have to offer and spend your days at the beach!

This fairly small campsite is a little gem, it has a nice coffee shop and on the hottest of days ice cream, fizzy cans of pop and (my favourite) a slush puppy fix are all available. The facilities are very clean and well maintained throughout the campsite. The owner takes pride in his campsite, and is very keen to ensure people enjoy their campsite experience. He has good genuine local knowledge, with recommendations if required. Even the location is great for transport links, and local shops, pubs etc. So you can either stay and chill out, or explore the coastline and make some memories. I am looking forward to booking my return for 2023, a home from home.

A small site ideally located for access to the towns along the south coast. Walking distance to train station and supermarket if you don’t want to drive. Friendly owners who will happily talk. Very much recommend

Great family site. Nice welcome. Good size pitch. Easy access by bus or train to Brighton/Worthing. Beach and park with skatepark for kids walking distance. Campsite was mainly full and enough facilities for everyone.

Jo & Kirsty run a friendly and professional campsite with super facilities and the added bonus of the coffee shop, which is a really lovely touch. The location is spot on for access to all local attractions and the beach. Friends came to visit us and they were able to easily park on the site. If you have kids, there's a great play area for them to play safely within the campsite.

Had an excellent stay at the Barn Caravan Park. The campsite itself is a perfect size with clean facilities and an especially good reception and cafe area. Joe the owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Lancing beach is a 10 minute walk away and Lancing station a 15 min walk away which has regular trains to Brighton for a very cheap fare and only 20-25 min journey. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a very good site. The facilities were clean and the new cafe was excellent. The pitch was level and we had water right behind us. We were made to feel welcome by the owners and we will be going to stay again.

Lovely site with good facilities. Conveniently located for visiting the seafront and only approximately 9 miles from Brighton. Host was very accommodating and friendly. Small downside for me was that our hookup was at the back of a pitch 2 down from mine, which meant I had to disturb the occupants to plug in.

More urban than most sites we usually stay in. We had spotted the airport on Google Maps but we still surprised at how close the site was to the runway. This didn't mar our stay though. The beach nearby was lovely and Perch was a great place to eat - both in Lancing and in Worthing.

Good - The owner made us feel welcome from check-in to the end of our trip. Good toilet block, water facilities. Great for kids as it has a nice park in the center with the caravans parked in a circle around it, you can happily sit there knowing the kids are safe. Don’t forget to try a cake and cup of coffee in the brand new cafe, you won’t be disappointed. Suggestions - hot water at the washing up sinks, I believe the owner said he was waiting on something for this to happen so I guess it will be sorted soon.

5 min walk to beach & only 15 min from Brighton in car/bus/train. The toilet & shower were clean and we enjoyed the nice little coffee bar on site.

A lovely small, friendly park. Come here if you want peace, the sea nearby and your kids safe in the middle of the park, in view of all. Please note - we could not find a dog walk on site so please make sure you pick up after your dog, kids are playing around the whole field.

Management team were so welcoming and helpful. The investment in the site is clear with a new clubhouse being opened this week. The toilets and showers are very clean but not particularly modern. The site is close to the beach and near great villages and just outside Brighton. We will definitely use this regularly!

We arrived early and was welcomed straight away. The site is amazing lots of space for the kids and only a short walk to a lovely beach. Met some lovely people who have been staying on site for years. The owner was really helpful and we would definitely recommend. We will be back. Thank you for a lovely holiday.
