About Seven Hills Hideaway

Seven Hills Hideaway is set on a 16th century farm and is a perfect place to indulge in the Welsh countryside at its best. There's no need to rough it here! Each glamping tent includes a king size bed, a quirky double bed in its own hideaway and two single beds. Everything is laid out for you when you arrive, not forgetting wood, firelighters, kitchen basics, bed linen, towels and toiletries. You'll be kept lovely and toasty with a log burner for warmth and for cooking. Your are welcome to bring two well behaved dogs in two out of three of the canvas cottages, for an extra charge.

Unfortunately Seven Hills Hideaway doesn't share their availability calendar with us yet. Availability changes quickly, especially in summer, so we recommend enquiring by phone to avoid missing out.

We want every guest to enjoy their stay here so we are not a site to visit if you want to party the night away. We accept group bookings but all three canvas cottages must be booked and we do ask for a refundable security deposit if all are booked out.

Please note we don't accept hen or stag parties.

There is no smoking in the canvas cottages or on the front and rear decking or in the hot tub or the decking surrounding the hot tub.

As we are on a farm all dogs must be kept on a lead while on the site and owners are responsible for clearing up after their dogs.

Check in is between 4 - 6.30 pm and check out is at 10 am at the latest.

There are lots of things to do and experience on and around the beautiful farm. On site you'll be spoiled with great walking public footpaths and with so many spacious fields, you'll be keen to try out a selection of outdoor games.

Little ones will be enthralled with den building, stargazing and bird watching. You can experience life on the farm and pay a visit to the farm's resident alpacas and goats. If you bring a set of wheels, kids can ride their bike safely around the site. Not only that, but children can explore the woods and paddle in the stream.

Nearby options include:

  • Mountain walking
  • Close to the Offa's Dyke footpath
  • Michelin starred restaurants nearby
  • Explore the market town of Abergavenny
  • Visit a local vineyard for a tour and some wine tasting
  • Paddle boarding/gorge scrambling
  • Visiting the Brecon Beacons waterfalls
  • Visiting the many historic castles
  • Shopping - local markets and craft fairs
