Great dog walking facilities. Secure field and well-kept pathways through the vineyards to walk the dogs. Only two showers - but more are due at any point which will be a great improvement. Lovely quiet location - would visit again.

A little off the beaten track, but what a lovely site. Nice big pitches, nearly flat - only used levellers on first notch on one wheel. Electric hookup and water on each pitch, real bonus when needing water. Toilet was close by and always clean, the showers were very spacious and the water incredible hot, with real power to them. Could do with somewhere to put shower gel etc, floor was okay, but not ideal. There were plenty of hooks to put towels, clothes etc and they stayed dry. Really good dog area, for them to run free, but safe. Lovely couple who own it, left us alone but were there if we needed anything - their 1st season, hope it goes well for them. . Will definitely return at some point.

The site was large in a very peaceful area and the pitches were a good size with room for your car by the tent. Really friendly welcome by the hosts who would do anything to make your stay good. Having read some reviews from last year, we expected to find a vineyard selling wines, however the new owners aren't keeping this going. We were expecting to relax with a bottle of their wine in front of the tent. They have great plans for updating the showers, toilet block, washing up area and putting in an outdoor kitchen but at the moment it would be a struggle if there were more people camping. I have put that I would recommend this park, the facilities are clean, if basic, and should be good when updated. Such a lovely couple so hope they do well in their new venture.

Beautiful holiday site, excellently maintained grounds and lovely walks and vineyard. John and Jill were lovely hosts and are always busy improving the site to enhance its natural beauty. Peaceful and spotlessly clean- the restaurant was nice and cosy, and the facilities were everything you need. A lovely area set aside for fire logs and toasting marshmallows! Highly recommend it for a relaxing and peaceful break, with stunning views! Definitely recommend and we will return! Thank you ๐

Just returned home from a 3 night stay at the Oaklea campsite site/vineyard. If you're looking for a peaceful site then look no further! Very clean and well kept, a credit to it owners! Ideally situated for visiting Tenby and surrounding areas. We ate at the restaurant a couple of times and to be honest everything was perfect! The shop is stocked with plenty of local beers, wine, cheeses and chutneys, etc. On an evening we could walk our dog through the vineyards, taking in the views of the beautiful Welsh countryside. We definitely will be returning soon!

Facilities were ideal with good cleanliness. However, owners seemed to have disagreements while customers are around. Overall, I would recommend to smaller groups of 2/3 rather than larger groups as it is a "quiet campsite"

My wife and I do agree to disagree. As we have been married for 47 years, that is allowed. John

We had a really nice 2 night stay. We were made to feel really welcome and the pitch sizes are really good, nicely partitioned with established hedging which gives lovely private pitches. Site was really peaceful yet still very close to lots of Pembrokeshire attractions. Will definitely look to stay again.

Oaklea is a delightful, peaceful site, in rural Pembrokeshire. The three fields are exceptionally well maintained and the site was clean and tidy at all times. On arrival, John gave us a tour and explained the facilities. Access to the site is easy, with only the last 400 yards on a very quiet single track road. It was lovely to wake to the cockerel in the distance and the variety of bird life was impressive. A single shower might prove a problem if the site was full but there are plans for more. For us, there was no issue at all. The site is ideally placed for touring the area with Tenby and Saundersfoot only 20 minutes away. The fish and chips at Milton (near Carew) were outstanding. Gluten free and with a separate vegan and vegetarian menus, it caters for all tastes and was something very special. As a constructive comment, a mop and bucket outside the shower, common practice on many sites, would help patrons comply with the request to leave the shower as they would wish to find it. We were both sad to leave and cannot wait to return.

Thank you we hope to see you again soon, we did have a mop and bucket for the shower which was stolen, we are replacing the floor in September which will be much better. John

Great base for visiting the south and west of Pembrokeshire. If you're after a peaceful and clean site to either stay and just enjoy the tranquillity, or to use as a base for exploring the delights of the south and west Pembrokeshire area, then the site is great. Clean, nicely laid out, with large pitches. Just the one shower available - but it's a great shower - and the 50p it costs gives you 15 mins of really good, high pressure showering ๐. Similarly, only the one toilet that we could see - but again a very clean and decent facility. We thought it was great value at ยฃ22 per night (2 adults and a dog). Would definitely use again - our thanks to the owners. We really loved it.

First time camping, so wasn't sure what to expect. Could not have picked a nicer campsite. It was relaxing, quiet and spacious. John and his wife (sorry didn't get her name) were lovely and showed us round the site. The campsite was spotless. The only downside was 1 shower for the site, but it was clean and we had no issues with having to queue etc. The site allows dogs. Will definitely be going back.
