About Hop Pickers Rural Retreats
Just a stone's throw from the River Teme and five minutes from the Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the site is well located for enjoying the outdoors. Guests here can enjoy a relaxing glamping getaway, with only a handful of accommodation options onsite. Sleeping up to two, the cosy 5m bell tent is set on a raised wooden deck, equipped fully furnished with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Inside, you will find a king size bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, 2 chairs, a clothes horse, a small wood burner and plenty of blankets to keep you warm. Step outside and you will find a private portable loo in its own private tent, along with a BBQ and fire pit patio and separate table and chairs for dining. For cooking up meals, you will also have a converted trailer kitted out with a two-ring induction hob, a small fridge, cooking equipment and wooden worktops with bar stools, perfect for chilling out undercover. The Hideaway shepherd's hut is also ideal for two, set in its own private area of the woodland with views over the neighbouring hills. The hut also comes fully furnished with a king size bed, a TV, log burner and underfloor heating, along with a kitchen with a double oven and fridge/freezer. For that extra touch of luxury, you will have an ensuite shower room with linen, towels and even bathrobes. Your private outdoor space will also come with a table and chairs, an umbrella, and even a jacuzzi hot tub! All guests can also enjoy access to the communal 'Cowshed' which includes a kitchenette and loo, along with a wood burner and games such as Wii, pinball, billiards, darts and table tennis. In the summer, there is even a tennis court and an outdoor heated swimming pool with sun loungers and chairs. There is also a cabin and a converted barn holiday home onsite. Four-legged friends are also welcome to join you for your stay, and they can be welcomed with doggy welcome packs.
The bell tent is available from May to September. The shepherd's hut and cabin are open all year round.
The shepherd's hut and cabin have their own bathrooms and kitchens. The bell tent has a portable toilet outside as well as an induction hob and fridge. Guests may use the shared bathroom and kitchen facilities in 'The Cowshed'. There is WiFi across the site.
In 'The Cowshed' there is a table tennis table, darts, Scalextric, pinball and bar billiards. There is a sofa, a TV, live feed wildlife camera, board games and Nintendo Wii. Outside there is also a spacious area with football nets and an unetted trampoline. In the summer months, there is a heated outdoor pool with sun loungers. There is also a tennis court to use with rackets and balls to borrow. Mobile spa visits and private yoga sessions can also be arranged.
The nearest pub is only a ten minute drive away at The Fox and Hounds at Lulsey. The closest shop to pick up the essentials is Alfrick and Lulsley Community Shop just five minutes away.

Just a 20 minute drive from historic Worcester, a trip into the city is a must. Visit the grand Worcester Cathedral, explore the Tudor House Museum or simply wander around the charming streets and explore the range of independent boutiques.
The site is also only five minutes outside of the scenic Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Sugarloaf Hill (20 minutes) offers plenty of scenic trails with stunning panoramic views from the hill tops.
