Donkey Creek Farm Caravan Site is a family run touring park on the Fylde Coast. Situated in the pretty village of Freckleton and only 3 miles from the seaside town of Lytham. Pull up at large, fully serviced pitches - the cities of Preston and Lancaster are within easy reach and the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales are only an hour away.

About the site

The park is located on the outskirts of Freckleton on the beautiful Fylde Coast. Its rural location, close to village amenities and only 3 miles from Lytham makes it an ideal base to explore this stunning and diverse area. All the pitches are large and fully serviced with ample room to add an awning - and views from the park can be stunning! As it's set in approx. 12 acres, Donkey Creek Farm is a perfect hideaway. It's a haven for wildlife, yet close to amenities. Surrounded by mature hedging the park's abundance of wildlife includes barn owls, little owls, woodpeckers and jays. Small mammals, ducks, water hens, fish and small reptiles are encouraged round the wildlife pond.

Things to do on site and in the Preston area

The park itself is only a walk or bike ride from with the Lancashire Coastal Way and there's the Guild Wheel Cycle Way, only a few miles away.

St Annes, a traditional seaside town, known for its world champion golf courses is a little further down the coast and Blackpool, only 10 miles from the park brings its own individual bright lights, fun and excitement.

The Fylde Coast itself boasts many pretty villages, market towns and seaside attractions as well as traditional pubs, restaurants, sporting facilities, a cinema, theatre and a museum that will have you engrossed during your holiday.

There are plenty of other nearby sport opportunities include swimming, boating, BMX tracks, skate parks, cart racing, sailing, football, cricket, rugby and many more.

Freckleton has its own children's park, playing field with football nets, cricket and tennis, library, plus a running club and keep fit timetable for those who want to keep active.
