VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Touring Pitches Jul 2025 Really excellent campsite. Absolutely spotless facilities and friendly / helpful staff, lovely swimming pool and nice generous pitches.
Will definitely be booking again.

Large Tent - XL Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2025 Absolutely brilliant stay here. Nice and quiet between 9pm to 9am, which we like. Very clean facilities with plenty of loos and showers. Lovely pool, again very well maintained.
Staff are so friendly and can't do enough to help you. The location is perfect for accessing lovely beaches. Plenty of space so not crowded together. Saw buzzards and a red squirrel. Had a fantastic time and will definitely go back.

Best site on the island
Motorhome - Large Electric Grass Motorhome Pitches Jul 2025 We have family on the Island and are regular visitors, we have stayed at many places but this was our first stay at Ninham. What a wonderful site, quiet, clean, fantastic friendly staff and biggest pitch we have ever stayed on!
Wonderful location and some great walks, we will book again for our next visit as this is quite simply the best site on the IOW!

This place is beautiful, it is so peaceful and quiet, it is spotless with lovely clean showers and toilets.
It is also in a great location with nearby shops and places to eat.
I can't wait to revisit.
Great holiday
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Touring Pitches Jun 2025 Perfect! Location was out of town but with bridleways that lead to town and other areas all not too far to walk.
Site is very well maintained and each pitch is a very good size with plenty of privacy hedging to keep campers separated - very nice touch! Facilities are spotless and conveniently placed. Site also has a heated pool and a games room.
Gorgeous site set in lovely surroundings
Single Axle Caravan - Serviced Grass Touring Pitches May 2025 Second time we've stayed at Ninham with our touring caravan. This time, we stayed on a fully serviced pitch which was fantastic. The site is immaculate and the shower and toilets were immaculate too.
Thanks so much to the lovely staff who helped us get out of a problem with our towbar on arrival, they couldn't have been more helpful and we were so grateful for their assistance.
Highly recommend this site for its location to all the island and look forward to coming back soon 👍👍👍👍

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Touring Pitches Sep 2024 A nice site well positioned for Sandown, Shanklin, Bembridge and Ventnor.
Very spacious site and divided up in a manner that makes it feel smaller than it is. Plenty of space for kids to be able to play. Toilets and restroom was well serviced but it would be better if the keycode access was working, Very friendly staff that allowed us on site very early and allowed us to leave later than advertised if we needed to.

Fantastic site, really helpful and friendly hosts. Lovely facilities, would recommend in a heartbeat.
Good local position away from main road
Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Touring Pitches Aug 2024 Good size plots and large toilet block. Free showers.
Tractors noise 4am onwards was annoying and closing tv room at 8 was a shame. Could do with lights to games room and leaving open 'til 10. Missed having Wi-Fi.
Everything else was really good.
Best campsite
Aug 2024 We only live 10 mins down the road but we have been to this campsite 3 times now and the kids love it
All the pitches have lots of space and the grounds are beautiful with lots of trees and green spaces. There is a swimming pool which the kids love. The site is clean and the facilities are well kept.
Highly recommend.
Lovely site

The facilities were clean and well maintained. Swimming pool and games facilities were really good too. I liked the way the site was quiet after 9pm. Good location for exploring the island but you do need to drive or cycle to get to places.

Small Tent - Electric Grass Tent Pitches Aug 2024 Friendly and very clean campsite in a lovely location. Even though we have a young child, we especially enjoy the rules of 9pm - 9am quiet time. Facilities are very clean and well maintained, friendly staff.
Great campsite with excellent facilities
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Touring Pitches Aug 2024 Very good campsite! New to camping, we learnt we required a larger tent for the size party we went with, but all had a good time. Location is great and close to KFC, Morrisons and Aldi which we used. Shanklin beach only down the road and easy to travel anywhere else with use of drive-away awning! Ground sheet needed, as we forgot ours and ants were a nightmare.😂 Upon arrival we were welcomed by reception and shown us where our pitch for the week was.
Excellent friendly campsite
Medium Tent - Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2024 We were welcomed onto the site and taken personally to our pitch. Bin bags were provided as they are a site that is keen on recycling and saving energy. The pool was a welcome bonus, but you needed to book the day before which was fine. Toilets and other facilities were lovely and well kept.
Site rules were stuck too and it was a peaceful and relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend.

Enjoyed our stay
Medium Tent - Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2024 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this campsite. The pitches were large, there were plenty of toilets and showers, so you never had to wait. They were also very clean.
All guests stuck to the rules, no litter anywhere, everyone was quiet after 9pm. The campsite was in a secluded place, so no traffic could be heard. Supermarkets were quite nearby, which was very convenient. The swimming pool was a great asset. The only downside was the strict departure time at 10am. You really had to get started early to pack up and go.

Site was brilliant and the facilities were spotless. Swimming pool was clean. Will be booking to go back next year. My only negative was we didn't book for longer. Thank you for having us and see you next year.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Touring Pitches Jun 2024 Lovely clean spacious quiet site. Great, really friendly welcome from Carol & Mark who also checked in on us every day to see if things were the best they could be. Facilities were spotless.
The quiet was deafening - so relaxing. Very highly recommended - off the beaten track to find.

The swimming pool is a great addition to the camping.
Super campsite
Extra Large Tent - XL Electric Grass Tent Pitches May 2024 This is one of the nicest campsites we have stayed at. It's a quiet site, so bear that in mind.
The toilet/shower/washing block was immaculate all of the time. Nice sized pitches in a very pleasant surrounding, with a pool, games room and small kids climbing area, all very well kept.
Super staff, very friendly, very knowledgeable about the area and very proud of the Isle of Wight (as is just about everyone else who lives there).
This site is highly recommended for anyone who wants a peaceful atmosphere.
