Cottage-Waters is a countryside touring park for adults only, just ten minutes from the coast. Being just a couple of minutes from the A52, the site is also well-located for exploring the rest of Lincolnshire. There are large grassy pitches for caravans and motorhomes, each with a 16 amp metered electric hook point payable onsite. Guests can enjoy wildlife spotting and watching the sunset. Dogs are more than welcome too.

Located on the edge of a small village (Cumberworth), down a lane banked trees Set within 6.5 acres of open countryside in the heart of Lincolnshire, Cottage Waters Campsite is an adults-only retreat created especially for couples looking to unwind and reconnect. Our spacious site offers plenty of room to breathe, with generous pitches spread across rolling grassland, giving you the freedom to relax in your own private corner of nature. With no crowded family areas or busy entertainment, the atmosphere here is calm, quiet, and wonderfully unhurried. Surrounded by rolling fields, open skies, and the gentle sounds of nature, this intimate hideaway is a world away from the noise and rush of everyday living. Wake to birdsong, enjoy unhurried mornings with coffee under canvas, and spend your evenings watching the sunset melt into star-filled skies. With spacious pitches thoughtfully positioned for privacy and comfort, our site is perfect for romantic getaways, anniversary escapes, or simply time to breathe together. Whether you're exploring nearby country walks, cycling quiet rural lanes, or relaxing beside your pitch with a good book and a glass of wine, every moment here invites calm and connection. Cottage Waters is a simple campsite — there are no toilets or shower blocks — making it ideal for self-sufficient campers who enjoy a more traditional camping experience. It's about slowing down, switching off, and embracing the simplicity of life outdoors. We are proudly dog-friendly, so your four-legged companion can enjoy the countryside escape too. With open space to roam and peaceful rural surroundings, it's the perfect setting for long walks and lazy afternoons. The site is home to just 15 grass pitches, each with a 16 amp electric hook up which is metered and payable onsite or go green by using your own gas and solar for an off-grid stay. Each pitch welcomes both caravans and motorhomes Campervan's . Within a short drive, you can reach Skegness, Mablethorpe, and Chapel St Leonards with their beautiful, sandy Blue Flag beaches. For outdoorsy adventures, it's only a ten minute drive to the beautiful Wolds. Explore the beautiful surroundings with plenty of walks with nearby pubs, restaurants, cafes and a bus stop all close by. For evenings in the open, BBQs are welcome, as long as they are raised from the ground. Please note, campfires are prohibited. Up to three dogs per pitch are also welcome any more please ask. There is even a 3/4 acre dog walk where your furry friends are able to run free, great for those dogs with good recall as it is not fenced off. Please note, there are no toilet and shower facilities onsite. The site no longer offers fishing.

What time is check-in and check out at Cottage-Waters?
Guests are welcome to check-in from noon until 7pm. Please advise the site if you are delayed. Departure is due before 11am on your last day.
Is Cottage-Waters dog-friendly?
Yes, four-legged friends are welcome to join you on your stay. There is a dog exercise field for them to stretch their legs. Breeds and crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted.
Does Cottage-Waters allow BBQs and campfires?
