About the site

Set just five minutes from Lytham, or a pleasant 30 minute walk away, this peaceful park welcomes families and couples looking for a coastal escape, only 20 minutes from the bright lights of Blackpool. Surrounded by mature trees and hedges, guests can relax and look out for visiting wildlife such as owls and hares. For families, there's plenty to keep children entertained, too. Enjoy the adventure play park with climbing frames and slides, along with a spacious field for ball games. Park up on one of the 25 electric hardstanding pitches or five standard pitches with 10 or 16 amp hook ups. There are also 20 fully serviced super pitches, complete with a personal water hook up and grey waste point. Seasonal pitches are also available. These are suitable for campervans, caravans, and motorhomes only. There are also static caravans available for purchase. The park is ideally placed for exploring the Lancashire coast, with St Annes Beach just 15 minutes away for a traditional seaside feel and Blackpool Pleasure Beach within a 20 minute drive, offering sandy beaches, rides and seafront dining. Up to two dogs are welcome to join your stay, and there is a dog exercise field for them to explore. BBQs are permitted, provided they are raised off the ground.

Site rules and policies

Check-in is from 2pm until 8pm. Check out is by 8pm.

Dogs must be kept on a lead and supervised at all times.

BBQs are only allowed if raised off the ground.

For bank holidays and Easter, there is a minimum stay of three nights, including Friday and Saturday.

For the Lytham Festival, there is a minimum stay of five nights. Dogs are not allowed during this period.

Lytham is just five minutes away, where visitors can explore the iconic Lytham Windmill and enjoy scenic walks across Lytham Green along the seafront. The town hosts popular events throughout the year, including the renowned Lytham Festival and one of the North's best-loved 1940s weekends. Nearby, Lytham Hall offers beautiful Georgian architecture, parkland gardens and seasonal events such as open-air theatre, live music and vintage motor shows.

Fairhaven Lake, set beside the coast, is a peaceful spot for birdwatching, watersports and lakeside walks, while local villages nearby offer countryside walks. Families can enjoy the Park View play area in Lytham, complete with a BMX track, skatepark and other equipment for all ages.

St Anne's Pier and beach are just 15 minutes away, offering sandy shores, traditional amusements, and the popular annual kite festival in September.
