It's a traditional caravan and camping site with big 'choose your own' pitches, premium pre-erected tents and modern facilities. Access to the site is excellent, and even the largest caravans and motorhomes are welcome. The zip line and adventure playground will get the kiddies grinning. Campfires and pets welcome.

About the site
Park Farm has a total of 30 acres of farming land in a beautiful rural setting, with an additional 50 acres for private functions. Located on the beautiful Kent/East Sussex border near the village of Bodiam, the site offers easy access (with no sharp corners or narrow gates) from the A21 and other major routes. It is also just a short drive to Hastings, Rye and Camber Sands, as well as Romney Marshes and the other coastal towns. The camp grounds are perfect for those looking for the freedom to pitch anywhere, have campfires, follow walking trails, fish and explore - or just get away to relax with a group of camping friends. Owned and operated by the Bailey family who pride themselves on offering traditional style camping and caravanning, there is plenty of room for field games and outdoor activities, and you can build your own campfire (with logs and kindling sold on site). Electric hook-ups are available, but must be booked in advance. For a hassle free option, you can book a pre-erected premium tent and save carrying all your kit in your car. These offer electric, comfy beds and even a handy fridge freezer. Families and small groups are welcome, as are well-behaved pets.

Is Park Farm Caravan and Camping dog friendly?
Yes, the site welcome up to two dogs per booking, provided they are kept on a short lead whilst onsite and are not a breed/crossbreed listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act - there are a number of adjacent fields that are ideal for walking your pooch off-lead.
Are BBQs/campfires allowed at Park Farm Caravan and Camping?
Campfires are welcome here but please only burn natural, untreated wood. You can build a campfire on the ground beside your pitch. Logs and kindling are also sold onsite and and raised BBQs are allowed.
What time is check-in/out at Park Farm Caravan and Camping?
Check-in here is between 10am and 9:30pm for non-electric pitches and between 2pm-9:30pm for electric pitches. Campers on electric pitches must vacate your pitch by midday on day of departure, and by 2pm for non-electric pitches, though you are welcome to stay on site for the remainder of the day.
Does Park Farm Caravan and Camping have a quiet time or noise policy?
Yes, Park Farm Caravan and Camping does operate a quiet policy after 11pm. Amplified music is not allowed at any time.

Guests are welcome to bring a gazebo for a small fee. Awnings and pup tents are free of charge.
