About the site
Set in scenic countryside, this is a small, adults only site just five minutes from Mappleton Beach and only 25 minutes from Hull. With a relaxed atmosphere and rural views, it's a great spot to unwind while still being close to the coast and city. The site has just five grass and hardstanding pitches, each 9m x 7m. The pitches are fully serviced with 16 amp electric, a water tap and free WiFi. Caravans, motorhomes, campervans and roof top tents are all welcome, Facilities include a modern toilet and shower block, along with freshwater and Elsan points. There is also a washing machine for guests to use! It's also a good location for exploring, with the seaside town of Hornsea just five minutes away and a local pub within a five minute scenic walk. For city attractions and shopping, Hull is only a short drive too. Guests can enjoy cooking outdoors with BBQs welcome. Do note, campfires are not allowed. The site is also dog friendly, with up to two dogs welcome per pitch. There's even a field onsite where pups can stretch their legs!
Hill House Certificated Location is open from 01/03 to 31/12 in 2025 and all year round in 2026.
