Lovely site adjacent to a working farm. Grounds beautifully kept and some of the best facilities I’ve experienced this week. Site not manned but didn’t need anyone as you pick your own pitch on arrival.

A note from the site themselves...

The farmhouse dates back to the 1800s and used to be the milking parlour before it was converted in the early 2000s. On the edge of the farm, there is a disused railway line, which carried coal from the Welsh Valleys to Barry Docks.

David and his late wife, Thelma, established the caravan site in the 1960s. They had two children, Claire and Daniel. Daniel runs the farm and caravan site alongside his father.

David lives onsite in the farmhouse buildings, and Daniel is on call should you need him.
