Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2026

Tun Cae was perfect. Small and friendly with a wooded partition down the middle which made it much more sheltered and private. Lovely views of the hills with sheep and cows. The showers and loos and was up area were spotless, helped by other respectful campers. So close the Aberdaron and Porthor beaches. Fabulous!

Site's response

Thank you Janine for your kind review, I am so glad you enjoyed your trip.

Large Tent - Electric Grass PitchesAug 2026

Amazing campsite, great location, dog friendly. Owners were amazing and the food counter was amazing. Really clean and tidy. My only suggestion is that there should be separate toilets and showers and maybe more. But overall amazing experience. Looking to book again next year

Site's response

Thanks Andy, so glad you enjoyed your stay. We are adding more toilets next year an additional washing up area 😊

A note from the site themselves...

We moved here 18 years ago and had to renovate everything, as it was an old farmhouse on five acres with a derelict barn and no road. Our first job was to build a driveway, plant hedging and trees to create shelter and provide somewhere for birds to nest, and gradually turn the site into the beautiful, peaceful place it is today. The only noise you'll hear is birdsongs and animals.
