Clear filters Amazing layout
VW-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Campervan Pitches May 2023 The thought and layout of this park is amazing, never camped anywhere where so much thought has gone into the detail. Brilliant beach for dogs within 10 minute walk. Within easy reach of illfracombe, the walk back up the hill is not for the faint hearted. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Peaceful, great location
Camping Pod - Camping Pod Apr 2023 We stayed in one of the glamping pods for 3 nights and it was lovely.
It was peaceful and the location is great, as are the facilities. The only thing was that the wood supplied was wet from recent rain, even though there was a plastic box it could have been put in to keep dry.
The three pods are also closer than I would like so there's not much privacy from the people in the pod next door when you want to sit outside.

The natural walk they've made is lovely. The staff (especially the Irish lady, sorry no offence to the rest as she was the only one we spoke to). She recommended a lovely coast walk to a nearby tiny harbour, with a tearoom.

VW-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Campervan Pitches Oct 2022 Myself and my partner had managed to get some time off work and were looking for a lovely spot on the North Devon coast with our newly converted camper.
We stumbled across Hele Valley on Campsites.co.uk and the booking was so straightforward.
On arrival the member of staff was really welcoming and even adjusted our pitch to be closer to the toilet/shower blocks given how quiet they were - this was nestled next to the stream passing through which was even better.
Facilities were superb, well-maintained and couldn't ask for more from a campsite.
Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Best place we have stayed
VW-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Campervan Pitches Sep 2022 We have really enjoyed our stay at Hele Valley. From the moment we arrived until we left, the people there were friendly and helpful. The facilities are top notch and always spotless. We got a campervan this year and have been spending our time staying at different locations across the country. This is hands down, the best place we have stayed all year. We will be coming back next year. To put this into context, we live 350 miles away so it's no small trip to make. But definitely worth it.

Had a lovely spacious pitch close to the spotless toilets and washing up facilities. Close to beach, pub and garage which had a premier shop inside. Lovely walk into Ilfracombe. All staff were nice and friendly.
Already recommended to our friends.

Close to Illfracombe, Coombe Martin, Lynton and Lymouth with the Cliff railway. Amazing coastal scenery nearby and views of Exmoor on your travels. Definitely recommend a visit/stay.

Fantastic campsite!
Medium Tent - Large Electric Grass Tent Pitches Aug 2022 We stayed here for one week and couldn't fault it! The staff are super friendly and welcoming, the pitches are lovingly maintained with good space and ours had water and an electric hook-up! The campsite is a very short walk to the local corner shop, petrol station, restaurant/pub and (most importantly) the beach! We felt it was great value for money and really, really enjoyed our stay on this family friendly, spacious and relaxing campsite!
