About the site

This quiet dog-friendly touring site is located on a 0.5 acre field amidst a family run working farm. Surrounded by unspoilt country views, this site is a great place to kickback, relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. The site has just five grass pitches with 10 amp electric hook up, suitable for caravans and motorhomes. Located just a short walk from the village of Leven and a ten minute drive from the sandy shores of Hornsea, this is the perfect getaway for those looking to enjoy the countryside and the coast. This site is certificated with the Caravan and Motorhome Club. Dogs are allowed.

There is a toilet onsite as well as a water point for guests to use. There is also a designated recycling area for guests to dispose of their rubbish when they leave.

The site also sell their own fresh produce, such as eggs, and offers a range of information leaflets on the local area.

The nearest shop is a Costcutter which is a ten minute walk. Two pubs, Hare and Hounds and the New Inn, are also a ten minute walk away. With the village of Leven just a five minute walk away you will find all your other essentials here too.

Site rules and policies

Check-in is after 1pm and check out is before 12 noon on your final day.

No electric car charging is allowed on site.

No cars or vehicles are to be washed onsite with the onsite water.

Dogs are more than welcome here and there is no limit on how many dogs you bring so long as they are well behaved and kept on their leads.

A note from the site themselves...

Our site was started by my parents who have always loved caravan holidays. My late grandfather was originally who kept the site tidy and smart, he made lasting connections with our guests who return each season and even built some beautiful friendships.

I (Louise) now run the site, taking bookings, as I want to keep his hard work alive and provide the relaxing holiday he created for our guests. With help from the family we keep the site in tip top shape and thoroughly enjoy welcoming people to stay.

Most of the family all own our own caravans and enjoy a holiday as much as the next so we pride ourselves in making Field View the place that we would choose to stay and we hope you love it as much as us.

Things to do on site and in the Beverley area

This site is the perfect base to explore the local area. Walk just five minutes to the pretty village of Leven which has lots on offer, including the Leven canal which you can take a walk down and admire the local wildlife. The village of Brandesburton (5 minutes) is another must visit with its quaint local shops and Dacre lake where you can enjoy a spot of kayaking or fishing!

If you're after the beach, drive ten minutes to the beautiful seaside town of Hornsea where you can take a dip in the sea or grab some traditional fish and chips.
