Concierge Camping is a beautifully maintained luxury touring and glamping site set on the Ratham Estate, near Goodwood, Petworth and the Chichester Harbour AONB. About the site
Are you looking for some luxury on your travels this year? This is the place to experience the stunning beauty of West Sussex, in the heart of West Ashling and near the South Downs. The touring park includes 41 spacious pitches complete with 16 amp power supplies, satellite TV sockets, super-fast broadband and separate enclosed garden areas, set in well landscaped grounds. The six Super Gladiator large touring pitches are all surrounded by large grassed areas with a picnic table, ideal for guests who want privacy and the extra space for large caravans or motorhomes. The ten Emperor day cabins have fully fitted kitchens, ensuite shower rooms, a log burning cooker with indoor and outdoor dining areas, as well as a TV and coffee machines. Outside is a fire pit and BBQ. Pitches are suitable for caravans and motorhomes. Four of these cabins sit alongside the chalk-fed stream running through the campsite. There are also four fully serviced hardstanding pitches beside a stream for motorhomes, caravans, and campervans, including a picnic table and fire pit/BBQ. Pets are always welcome. Plus, a complimentary dog wash onsite. There's onsite catering four days a week in the season from the Fabulous Notso and Notdough award winning caterers, with an inside and outside bar and dining areas that are heated in the winter.

These unique hardstanding fully serviced pitches have day living tents on them, including a log burning stove, kitchen area, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, TV, Nespresso machine and large table with bench seating.
4 x Waterfront Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches
Fully serviced hardstanding pitches beside a stream for motorhomes, caravans, and campervans and with a picnic table and fire pit/BBQ.
10 x Ensuite Emperor Hardstanding Pitches
Fully serviced hardstanding pitches with a day cabin with fully fitted kitchens, ensuite shower rooms, a log burner cooker, indoor and outdoor dining areas as well as a TV and coffee machines. Outside a fire pit and BBQ. For motorhomes and caravans.

Site rules and policies
A brief outline of site rules includes:
* Pitch fees are payable prior to your stay.
* All pitches must be vacated by 11am on your day of departure.
* You must be over 18 years of age to have sole occupation of a pitch.
* Pitch occupiers must act with due consideration for other park users and neighbours.
* No fires or fire pits.
* Bins are provided for litter and all litter must be cleared from pitch on departure.
* All dogs must be kept on a lead. Please exercise off the park and clean up after your dogs.
* Children must be supervised at all times.
* No motor vehicles or cycles must be driven or ridden in excess of 10mph on site.
* No motor vehicles to be driven on the park from 11am - 7.30am (please use car park by office).
