The location of Pipers Height Caravan Park is perfect - especially if you want to spend more time relaxing and less time driving. It's a modern all weather touring park with award winning facilities and a base just a 10 - 15 minute drive from Blackpool's buzzing Pleasure Beach. Close to Lytham, St Anne's and of course all Blackpool's attractions. Once you visit you will want to return time and time again.

About the site

Access couldn't be easier at Pipers, as it's only two minutes from the end of the M55 motorway and just three miles from vibrant Blackpool. The park is both family run and dedicated to being a family friendly space. Pull up and relax on massive all weather touring pitches, each fully serviced with water, grey waste and electric hook-up. A maximum of two dogs are welcome, but they must be kept on a lead.

Award winning park facilities include an amenities block with underfloor heating, a launderette, washing up room and a shop selling caravan extras and essentials.

There's also a children's play park with a zip wire and a barrier with CCTV to provide security. The Pied Piper Clubhouse is open at weekends, offering live entertainment, bingo, quiz nights, a kids mini disco and various themed nights. It includes a bar area serving lagers, beers and a range of spirits. There's also a beer garden, a fun pool table and a large screen TV.

WiFi is available and there are dog walking areas.

It's just two minutes to reach the motorway. There is a pub nearby and Tesco is just a five minute drive away.

Unfortunately Pipers Height Caravan Park doesn't share their availability calendar with us yet. Availability changes quickly, especially in summer, so we recommend enquiring by phone to avoid missing out.

Site rules and policies

Check in time is after 2.00 pm and departure is before 12.00 noon. Late arrivals will be welcome up to 7pm. An early check in may be possible and costs £5 however, this is subject to availability please call reception prior to arrival.

A late check-out can be arranged and costs £5. This is only available during quieter periods and is strictly subject to availability of that pitch.

Please be aware that if using an awning you will require rock pegs! Strictly no commercial or minibus type vehicles, no tents or folding campers allowed.

Also continental built touring caravans and motor-homes with the door on the opposite side, will be refused admission.

Things to do on site and in the Blackpool area

Guests love to relax in the bar and clubhouse on site, playing a few rounds of pool with friends, watching a game on the big screen or checking out the great entertainment.

If you want something fun to do with family and friends there's also a boules playing area and excellent spaces for walking Rover in green surroundings.

It's not hard to get ideas for what to do nearby, of course, starting with Blackpool's bright lights and fun promenade. Have a scream on the Pleasure Beach, give the kids a splash at Sandcastle Waterpark or try something much more relaxed - the views from the Blackpool Tower are fabulous and nearby St Annes has a top golf course.
