VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding PitchesApr 2026

Great site for visiting Haworth, albeit up a hill outside the town. Peaceful location. Great for families - lovely play area. Very clean facilities. Good flat pitches. Quite a few permanent caravans on site. Didn’t use the onsite social hub but assume it would be popular.

Great site, ticked all the boxes for us as a family

Site was really nice. Clean facilities and proper showers which are the main things we care about. Also had a nice park and good bar / social area.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding PitchesApr 2026

I came across this site by chance while looking for an overnight stay in my camper with my young son and our two small dogs and I'm so glad I did. Booking was simple and reasonably priced. On arrival, we had to leave the vehicle outside the campsite and walk a couple of minutes to reception but we were greeted with a friendly, welcoming face and excellent service. The directions to our pitch were clear and we were set up in no time. As it was the Easter holidays, there were lots of children around which was perfect as my son quickly made friends and had an amazing time. The site has a great outdoor play area and the reception area includes a bar with plenty of seating and regular entertainment especially on weekends but as it was the Easter holidays there was a karaoke and the kids all had a go which was lovely. There's also a small beer garden where I managed to grab a sunny spot. One of the highlights was the indoor area which includes soft play, arcade games, a pool table and seating for food and drinks. The menu had a great selection and I was really pleased to find a couple of vegan options. The food was lovely and well presented. Dogs allowed in bar area but not in children's games room which is totally understandable. We were sad to be leaving the next morning and I mentioned at reception that I wished we could stay another night, although I'd seen it was fully booked. A few minutes later, the lovely lady at reception told us she could rearrange things so we could stay. My son's face said it all! That extra night made our trip even more special. Although the weather wasn't as kind on the second day, there was still plenty to keep my son entertained and I got to relax and enjoy a couple of drinks. The atmosphere on site was fantastic, very friendly, with a mix of regulars and visitors enjoying the facilities and entertainment. The amenities were spotless, with clean showers and toilets (with music playing which was a nice touch), indoor and outdoor washing-up areas and even a washing machine, dryer, microwave and air fryer. The outdoor dog wash was also a brilliant addition, especially with our British weather! The pods and super pods looked fantastic and are definitely something I'd consider for a future stay. The views were beautiful and although we didn't explore off-site, it's clear there are plenty of walks nearby. Overall, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back for another relaxing break. A huge thank you to the amazing staff who made our stay so memorable 😃

We had an amazing time at Upwood Holiday Park, absolutely brill from start to finish. The park is set in a beautiful, peaceful location and is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding countryside. Although the bar and restaurant weren't open during our stay, we were made aware of this before arrival, so it wasn't a big surprise and didn't detract from our visit at all. We enjoyed a lovely countryside walk and spent time in Haworth, where we had a few drinks and took in the atmosphere. A real highlight of the trip was visiting the Brontë Parsonage, which was truly unforgettable and added something really special to our stay. All in all, a fantastic break and we wouldn't hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

We picked this campsite as the reviews were very good. We were very satisfied with everything this park offered: We had two meals during our stay, very good value and big portions, the bathroom facilities were very clean and showers were lovely and hot. Very friendly staff, the grounds were well maintained with lovely views.

Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding PitchesMar 2026

Staying at a rural caravan park can often be a simple pleasure a chance to reconnect with nature, unwind from everyday pressures, and enjoy the slower pace that only the countryside can offer. But every so often, a place surprises you. It goes above and beyond expectations. It does something special that leaves a lasting impression long after you've driven away in your motorhome. That was exactly the experience during our stay this Monday. What we found was not just a beautiful rural site, but a warm, welcoming, immaculately kept haven that delivered exceptional customer service from the moment we arrived until the moment we reluctantly departed. This review is a full reflection on our time there, highlighting everything that made it such a memorable stop and why we’ll be returning very soon.
