Clear filters Beautiful campsite
Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2024 Lovely campsite and so close to Tenby and surrounding areas for great beaches.
Such a warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble and both Linda and Ioan who made us feel so welcome. Loved the little touches like a bag of Welsh cakes and marshmallows on sticks, so tasty, as a welcome gift.
I normally do not use the onsite showers at campsites, but I certainly used them on this site, so clean, spacious and lovely hot showers, even toiletries available free of charge if you forgot yours! Also, a hairdryer. There was even a shower for dogs available and a small bath, perfect for rinsing off the salt water.
Loved the setting with views across the large lake. Would we return? Yes, most definitely.
Lovely stay
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2024 Had a lovely 2 night stay at Carn Springs.
Facilities are very good. Had a lovely spot by the lake. Whole campsite was kept immaculate. I didn't use the shop, so can't comment on that. Owners/managers were very good and very understanding when I phoned to say I may be late.
Would definitely stay here again.
Great site
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2024 We had a great stay. Warm welcome from Linda, who came to meet us the minute we arrived. She explained everything, showed us our pitch and made us feel very welcome. We had a BBQ one night and she even brought us a giant marshmallow each!
The site was very quiet and shower block had everything you needed.
Grounds were well kept with nice lights on a few trees around the pond in the evening.
The local attractions were a 20 minute walk away and we drove to the lovely town of Tenby in about 10 mins. I would happily recommend this site.

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2024 We have just returned from spending 5 nights at Carn Springs. We have stayed on campsites all over the UK (& beyond) but this was one of the best sites we have ever stayed at - despite the rain!
From the initial check-in, through to the high standards maintained (the toilets/washing up areas are thoroughly cleaned twice a day) we were most impressed by the efficient & friendly way in which the site was run. We also felt that, whilst family-friendly, at no stage were noise levels from other campers too intrusive, and dogs are welcomed as well.
Would we stay there again? Most certainly yes!

A tranquil stay in a wonderful location
Medium Tent - Electric Lake View Grass Pitches Jun 2024 Our first ever camping trip to Pembrokeshire, although we have camped just about everywhere else.
We were lucky to have found Carn Springs online, it certainly was the best campsite we have stayed at. A beautiful setting, with all pitches around a lovely little lake. Linda and her staff were very welcoming and kept every aspect of the campsite spotless.
We will definitely be back again.

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 The most beautiful location with wildlife around a lake in a very natural environment. This park created from scratch by lovely owners Linda & her husband is truly breath taking and an absolute must for anyone wishing a break from the usual hustle & bustle of park sites.
From when you arrive to the last second before you leave, a overwhelming sense of calm, peace, tranquillity & relaxation washes over you. Linda, Iwan & Olivia are a wonderful team, running absolutely everything all-day everyday, and were so friendly. Filled with the love for the park, Linda can be seen every night with giant marshmallows for you to toast. Olivia running the office very efficiently in the background, keeping everyone happy from booking to pitching. Iwan simply everywhere from cutting grass, pruning plants to cleaning the showers, an outstanding & devoted worker.
My wife & I have been all over the UK with our caravan and have stayed at all manor of sites, as you can imagine not all fantastic, but this site and this holiday was a 10\10 in every way. From waking up to the gentle chatter of birds, to sitting by a site provided log burner on an evening, you could almost hear a pin drop, even on the weekend when the site was full.
Carn Springs Park is South Wales' best kept secret and an absolute gem. A must for anyone wanting a quiet, beautiful, natural wildlife, uplifting stay in South Wales. Linda, Iwan & Olivia you are all amazing and have created the most outstanding place of beauty, keep up the amazing work & we'll see you again soon. ❤️ John, Leanne, Oska & the Sunflower caravan 🌻
A little gem of a site!
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Lake View Grass Pitches Jun 2024 Our pitch was by the lake and tucked away for great privacy. The lake is beautiful with water birds, dragonflies, peace & quiet. Facilities are clean, showers are hot and spacious. The "welcome welshcakes" are a lovely touch after a long journey too. The staff were helpful and friendly. We will be back.

The toilets, showers and wash block are all spotless. Lynda, who runs it all, is so kind and helpful, thank you for the giant marshmallows every night for us all too!

Stunning campsite
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Lake View Grass Pitches Aug 2023 Arrived at this beautiful campsite on 2nd August 2023.
It's fair to say its a beautiful location, was immaculate, from the Shower/toilet facilities to the ground.
My partner and I loved our pitch over looking the lake, the wildlife was wonderful from Coots, Moor Hens, Ducks, to rare water voles, they kept us entertained on a daily basis, was so relaxing. Definitely would recommend thus site if you want a quiet relaxing location.
Transport is a must as to far to walk into Tenby, and taxi service was bit expensive.
My only suggestion to improve on the facilities is perhaps a small bench in shower block to sit on when getting changed? We enjoyed our stay and definitely will return 🙂👌👏
Lovely campsite

A warm welcome from the team, Lynn was very friendly. Would definitely recommend.
One small niggle was the rubbish arrangement. Don't mind recycling, in fact encourage it, but unfortunately you cannot recycle everything and there isn't anywhere to put the stuff that cannot be recycled.
Cracking site
Single Axle Caravan - Electric Lake View Grass Pitches Jul 2023 Cracking site, the first time there and won't be the last.
Had a lakeside pitch, great to see the moorhens and their chicks tootling around, plus the ducks and coots.
Had free Welsh cakes when we got there, plus marshmallows every night. Everywhere was nice and clean, the only fault is that my wife wasn't keen on communal toilets and the 6amp electrics are a bit low, but you can live with it.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay and will be returning.

The owner Linda was lovely and brought marshmallows every evening. Always happy to see you and make sure you were OK.
The staff were also friendly, even helping with putting our tent up.
Lovely campsite in Pembrokeshire
Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2023 A lovely, quiet site set around a small lake with a selection of waterfowl. It was clear that several of the campers/caravanners were regular visitors, which speaks for itself. Not a lot there for children, but some of us prefer it that way! The owners were great and I fully intend to make a repeat visit.
