Such a great site
Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2025 We had a fantastic stay at this campsite! The location is perfect, and the facilities were spotless with plenty available, which made everything really convenient.
The onsite shop was well stocked, and we especially loved the thoughtful Beach Borrow Box, such a brilliant idea for families, being able to borrow buckets, spades or toys for the beach, and even leave behind anything you didn't want to take home for others to enjoy.
The takeaway food was excellent too. We tried both breakfast and an evening meal and were really impressed with the quality. Everything was hot, tasty, and the portions were generous.
Overall, a wonderful campsite with so many thoughtful touches. We would definitely recommend it and will happily return!

Great stay at Wooda
Large Tent - Upper Meadow Non Electric Pitches Aug 2025 We had such a wonderful time at Wooda!
With a 3 and 1 year old, there was plenty for them to do which was so helpful! The toddler play room was utilised often.
The bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Thank you!

Fantastic stay
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2025 Had a wonderful stay.
The whole site was wonderful, very clean and had good facilities.
Pitches are generously sized and shop had everything we could possibly want.

Lovely site
Large Tent - Upper Meadow Non Electric Pitches Aug 2025 Lovely site with plenty to do.
Only downside is it's a long walk to the beach but still one of the best campsites I've stayed at.

Crooklets and Summerleaze beaches are a 5 minute drive or a 40 minute walk from the park. For those not wanting to walk or drive there is a bus service that stops at the entrance of the park although this does not run on a Saturday, Sunday, or bank holiday.

Enjoyable stay
Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Aug 2025 Just got back from a lovely stay at Wooda Farm Holiday Park, the pitch was very spacious.
Shower and toilet facilities were always clean and well maintained, which considering the constant stream of visitors, was a huge achievement.
The site itself was clean and well kept with beautiful views all around. The farm shop was well stocked and the takeaway had a great selection and was good value.
All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return 🥰

Super helpful
Medium Tent - Upper Meadow Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2025 Second year to wooda, seemed much busier this year to last.
Location of the park is short distance from Bude, and the local pub Preston Inn.
Staff in the office are super helpful and friendly. Still not really caught up with the onsite facilities.

Great stay at Wooda
Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Aug 2025 We recently had a short stay at Wooda farm holiday park in our motorhome, the park itself is very well situated and picturesque
The pitch was a vey good size and amenities were great, the toilets and shower blocks are kept spotless, we were so impressed we have booked again for next year. Highly recommended.

Good, but not 5 star
Single Axle Caravan - Premier Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Aug 2025 I have to be honest in my opinion this site is not a 5 star site for the amount of caravans/tents on site, there isn't enough shower/toilet blocks. The shower cubicles compared to other sites are very small, many times we were waiting for a toilet and shower to become available.
The site was very clean and well kept, our pitch was on a cross road so quite a lot of traffic (cars, vans and people).
The take away food was quite small and queued up for over an hour, so factor that in if you want a take away.

We are inspected yearly without prior notice by the AA and Visit England who have both awarded us this status, so I am sorry to hear that you feel our park is not a five star.
With regards to our shower & toilet facilities. There are 3 blocks in total on the park with further toilet and shower facilities available at The Sports Barn and at the farm area which complies with the criteria we are set by the English Tourist Board and by the Planning Authority.
During the summer holidays the park obviously gets extremely busy, so there will be lots of people and vehicles on site and guests that have not pre-ordered from the Lodge Takeaway will inevitably have to queue to place their order.
We hope to welcome you back to Wooda in the future.

Would 100% stay again
Large Tent - Upper Meadow Non Electric Pitches Aug 2025 We stayed here for two nights and wish we booked for longer!
Perfect location only 10 minutes from Bude, Summerleaze beach and the Morrisons/Lidl & B&M! The facilities were amazing! Super clean and dotted around very near to each section of the campsite. Had clothes washing/drying facilities, wash up areas with fairy liquid provided, fresh water taps, recycling/bin areas and a wash room for pooches!
There was a beautiful walk around the site where you can visit the alpacas and view the lake. Also, a tennis court, golf and a huge play area for kids! We will definitely be coming back!

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Aug 2025 We were impressed by how much there is to see and do there.
Lovely meals and the shop had everything you could want. Very clean and friendly site. The only downside for us was the food lodge and coffee lounge, ideally should be open daily during peak times.
Thanks for a lovely stay, will be back again with the grandchildren.

Great site, with fantastic activities and facilities on site

Has so much on sight to keep you going and the kids entertained. Shop is great, and options for food and drinks excellent.
Busy site but facilities are great and enough, just be prepared to queue for The Lodge takeaway, but its worth it!

Great all round
Large Tent - Upper Meadow Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2025 Really nice week, had some iffy weather but I cant blame Wooda for that! If you are worried about wind, avoid the upper meadows as it gets a good bluster, but has beautiful views!
Area was good for visiting the beach and Tintagel was only 30 mins away. Facilities were good, bathrooms well equipped for a campsite. The playpark gets very busy, with lots of unattended children (again, parents fault, not Wooda). Not many staff around, which I personally liked and I'm sure if we needed anything, reception would have helped.
We will return with a caravan next time! Some of the pitches looked lovely and large. The coffee shop was nice, great flat white! Take away vans get busy and can run out of food so get there early.
Beautiful woodland and really cared for animals.

Family camping
Medium Tent - Upper Meadow Non Electric Pitches Jul 2025 The site itself is very clean and friendly. For younger children they are limited to the play park as activities only ran on one day we were there, although they did enjoy it when they were able to partake.
The site is close to the town but again, limited activities for younger children to do. Would not recommend staying in the upper field with younger children as it's very busy.

Wooda has lots of activities available daily. for children such as an Indoor toddler play area, outside play area, woodland walks, nature trail, badminton, pitch & putt, games room, alpacas, and farm animals and throughout our season tractor rides are available on a Monday.
We also offer further activities for children during the summer holidays which include Pottery Painting on a Tuesday and Arts & Crafts, Archery and Football for children aged 4-12 years, Magical Tots for 18 months – 5 years and Cheerleading for 6-11 year olds which are all available on a Thursday. Segway is also based at Wooda but is a separate business.
Upper Meadow is an extremely popular area with guests as it has lovely sea views, and you can access the footpath to the play area and the farm from this area.
Bude is a thriving seaside resort town and has a strong reputation as a holiday destination due to beautiful award-winning beaches and the famous Bude Sea Pool. Bude offers opportunities for surfing, boogie boarding, canoeing and rock pooling. There is also indoor bowling and a soft play area at The Venue, an indoor swimming pool and within a short drive there is a cinema, Monster Slip & Slide and various attractions such as The Milky Way and The Big Sheep.

Would have preferred not to have been parked next to park, didn't have children with us. Good entertainment and take away food. Handy accessory shop.

Amazing campsite, everything you need and more!
Large Tent - Upper Meadow Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2025 This is the first time we've visited this campsite and you can see why everyone gives it 5 stars!
Great location to explore the coast and Bude's sea pool! Amazing food and music in the evenings on a few nights too. Campsite is lovely and quiet, large pitches too! The best sunsets! Lots to do for both families, couples and young children. We loved the chilled atmosphere to enjoy a drink & playing pitch and put.
Only comment would be that you can't change the temperature of the showers. It's lovely a warm but on a hot day, a colder shower would have been lovely! Will be visiting again 😊

Motorhome - Premier Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Jul 2025 Absolutely lovely! Clean, tidy and lots of facilities.
Having a motorhome we got a taxi to Bude which was expensive as a road was closed! But when that's open I'm sure it will only be cheap, and they take a small dog!
The site was fantastic, we asked to stay another night! Gutted we missed the live music (no noise issue at all) but we hope to get back to enjoy it next time. Best toilet block I have ever been to!
Great place, can't wait to go again!

I am sorry to hear that you needed a taxi during your stay to go into Bude due to the road being closed for a few days by Southwest Water which was beyond our control. This work was completed in 3 days, and a diversion was put in place by them during this time. The road did however open up at times during the 3 days, but when it was closed, we opened a temporary exit/entrance through Bramble Park for guests to use.
