Medium Tent - Valley Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2023 Lovely site. Well maintained. Good facilities. Pub at the end of the site is decent. The nightly on-site takeaway food is really well-priced, has good portions and tasty.
Fabulous campsite

Great camp site
Medium Tent - Valley Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2023 Great site with loads of space and plenty of pitches and great view if at top of site. Great for dogs as dog friendly.
Dog walking field up the top of site and a coastal walk that leads down to Watermouth Cove if you fancy walking back up. Around 250 steep cliff side steps. Dogs love it as very private.
On site shop and a food hut that does great food on certain nights to take back to tent if you don't fancy cooking. If you have kids, there are games inside pool table, table football, table tennis outside and badminton court behind the toilet block.
Clean shower blocks and toilets. Great value for money. Definitely return again.

A great site for families. Close to the beach and on a good bus route. The owner helped me when my exhaust on my camper broke, but got it fixed locally.
Will come back again.
Lovely stay
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Valley Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2023 We had a lovely stay at Watermouth Valley Camping Park. Can't wait to go back again. The toilets and showers were always clean and tidy, and the park was clean and tidy.
Lovely site!
Medium Tent - Ocean View Non Electric Grass Pitches (Not Allocated) May 2023 Had a lovely weekend staying here, the park is great, beautiful location and stunning sunsets. The facilities are great- lovely new shower block with big rain head showers. Cleaned every day. They sell food every night, although we didn't sample it. We heard a great review from people and it's a lovely addition to the site and good value.
We were in the sea view field- it is a walk down the road track though the site or you can use the short cut down the steep hill pass the goats. This isn't for the unfit or those with bad knees.
I would recommend a small loo block 1-3 toilets at the top to accommodate for those who would struggle with the walk up and down the site.
Reception staff were lovely- owners son greeted us, a lovely man - nice to see a warm face.

Relaxing by the sea
Large Tent - Ocean View Non Electric Grass Pitches (Not Allocated) May 2023 Beautiful view of the sea from the ocean view pitches. Relaxed feel to the campsite mainly due to time of year, perhaps. The pitches are good sized and there are a few areas with no pitches, for dog exercising, for example. Lovely to have goats and sheep on site. The receptionist was very helpful and easygoing.
The small shop had everything you might need on a camping holiday. I wouldn't choose a pitch near the toilet facilities as they are also near the road, although traffic pretty much stopped overnight.
Would definitely recommend it.
Quiet and friendly
Small Tent - Ocean View Non Electric Grass Pitches (Not Allocated) May 2023 Nice and quiet area. Got a spot with a view of the sea which was very nice. The site is located next to coastal and hiking paths for you to follow.
Highly recommend for a 2 nights stop.
A site with families in mind

This site is designed with families in mind, thank you for a pleasant stay, I'm sure we'll be back.

Amazing weekend
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Valley Electric Grass Pitches Sep 2022 We had a fantastic time. It was the last night of food and it was Curry night. Unfortunately, after looking forward to it all evening, we went to order and found it was cash only. Nick in the shop leant me money to buy the curry and it made our evening that he was so thoughtful. Excellent service and so friendly.
Very nice site and some beautiful scenery within a few minutes walk. We will definitely be going back again.
Lovely campsite but lots of dogs off lead Sprinter-Type Campervan - Valley Electric Grass Pitches Sep 2022 Beautiful well kept and friendly site.
Unfortunately several dogs off the lead and one dangerously out of control on one occasion with no recall. Staff did come out and help to catch that dog but there were loads just roaming about near our pitch and our old dog who was on a lead really didn't like it. Didn't feel it was our job to keep going up to reception to complain - it didn't seem like any staff walked around the site checking. A shame, as it's obviously a very well kept and beautiful site, let down by holiday makers who don't follow the campsite rules of dogs on leads. Just spoils it for everyone else.

Magic
Medium Tent - Valley Electric Grass Pitches Sep 2022 We have just spent a week at the site in a tent with electric hook up. It was our first time on the site and I cannot recommend it enough!
We took advantage of the pizza night (twice) and got competitive with the table tennis and badminton! The facilities (showers/toilets) were extremely clean and clearly well attended, there was never a lack of toilet roll or anything out of order, and I saw the cleaning attendant on many occasions.
The views from the site are amazing and if you're willing to climb up to the top of the field to the bench looking back over the site, the view from there is even more beautiful. Our welcome on site was friendly and informative and the map given to us was also very helpful. We would go back in a heartbeat.
(It was also lovely to see the goats and abundance of bunny rabbits that hop around the site.)
Great dog friendly site
Large Tent - Valley Electric Grass Pitches Sep 2022 Great week and a lovely secluded pitch on the site. Sheltered and out of the hustle and bustle of the main camp, but still not very far from the facilities.
Lovely views of the coast from the top end of the site up the hill. Dog friendly which was great. Would have loved a dog washing facility, but still managed without it.
Overall a fab week and would come again.

Medium Tent - Valley Electric Grass Pitches Sep 2022 Great site. Arrived later than expected, reception was closed but there was a site map pinned to reception door with our tent pitch on. Showers and toilet were clean, with nice hot showers. Different food vans each night at a reasonable price. Fab views. Great pitch, everyone very friendly. Games provided for entertainment.
Highly recommend this campsite for a relaxing getaway
Large Tent - Valley Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2022 Lovely stay at the park. Pitches are well spread out, it was dog and family friendly. Beautiful views over the cliffs and only a short walk to the harbour and castle.
Most nights they have different food served as a takeaway, at a very reasonable price. Showers and toilets are very clean and modern. Second time we have been here.

Outstanding view, excellent location, with lots of beaches and attractions nearby. The sheep and goats were lovely too! The toilet and shower blocks were kept lovely and clean, with staff regularly replenishing/cleaning.
